I waited a bit to write the review to see how it would perform over time. I've had it for about 6 months now and it's been fantastic - no issues whatsoever. It's being used with a MacBook Pro for a home office and normal office tasks - not media work. The VESA mount works well, no installation issues. I am not using the provided stand so cannot speak to that. But mounts are not a big investment and improve the ergonomics of any monitor. Screen quality is great, especially if you work with a lot of white background documents. White is uniform across screen, no moire patterns, no dim areas, no white hue transitions etc. Looks beautiful. I purchased a more expensive LG monitor which had noticeable patterns and I ended up returning that one and picked up this one. Saved money and got a better product. I was on the fence about returning that one because I thought maybe all screens have minor issues - nope, this one looks crystal clear. The built in speakers are a nice addition. I sometimes listen to Pandora or NPR or podcasts in the background and they are perfectly nice - pls don't expect Bose performance form a monitor speaker. Can't speak to the negative experiences of the other buyers here but I have not had any of the issues mentioned. I have no negatives to mention. I actually like everything about this monitor.

The design of the monitor is sleek and modern, adding a touch of sophistication to my workspace. The picture quality of this monitor is outstanding, with vibrant colors and sharp images that make everything look crystal clear. It is easy to set up and the menu options are intuitive and user-friendly. I appreciate the variety of connectivity options available, including HDMI and DP ports, which make it easy to connect to my devices. The built-in speakers are not the best but gets the job done. This monitor overall has exceeded my expectations in terms of performance and design.

I have this at the office and the other gaming 4K at home. This fit more into the office monitor budget and so far it’s been great. Pixel density is nicer and it has better eye care technology that surprisingly works. Not sure if it’s placebo though. Setup is super easy since it’s all pretty much just clip on parts. The built in speakers are a huge plus. Everyone else in my cubicle area works from home so I make use of the speakers pretty often. Obviously not world record speakers, but they’re clear which is good enough for monitor speakers.

The screen itself looked pretty good. However, the monitor feels very cheaply made. The stand and mount mechanisms are clunky and unintuitive, and my main issue was the height is not adjustable - really? I guess that was my bad to expect a bare-bones feature for a newly released monitor. I suppose it's alright if you want a cheap 4K monitor and don't mind the cons I listed - I'll be looking at other options.

Needed a new monitor for my home office setup and was looking for one with speakers. Not bad so far! I’ve done some light design work and streamed videos to watch. The resolution is better than my current one and I haven’t noticed any delays or lagging so the visuals look great. This one is VESA mountable too so I've attached it to my monitor arm on my desk for more mobility. Overall, it's a great and practical monitor at this value.

This is the worst monitor I have ever purchased. I had to pay $61 to ship it back to MSI for repairs after they were unable to resolve it's issues with me over the phone after 40 days of use aka just outside of the the return policy. It started with it not switching inputs without having to manually unplug the cables and power it on and off. Then, it just stopped displaying anything at all.

I've been using the PRO MP273U for a few weeks now, and I am thoroughly impressed. The 27" UHD display delivers crisp, vibrant visuals with excellent color accuracy, making it perfect for both productivity and entertainment. Whether I'm working on detailed spreadsheets or enjoying my favorite shows, the clarity and depth are amazing. What I appreciate the most is the built-in USB-C connectivity, which simplifies my setup by allowing me to connect my laptop with a single cable. It's a small feature that makes a big difference. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a versatile monitor that excels in both performance and design!

Bought two of these for a two head home-office set-up. These were a great price. Opened one and installed on a new SFF. While setting up Windows, etc., monitor went black. PSU went bad in less than two hours. Monitor did look okay, but since this is going to be used at an employee home more than an hour from the office, I decided to return both.
