This is the 3rd laptop snd gerk swiard ssid it might be refurbished. 1st one i got years ago from this store had airplane mode on and i btought it back and it was said fixed but i took it home to find airplane mode still on. The 2nd one at full price had dirt on it and the 3rd ran only 2 years and i was accused of stealing something on it, and I never spilled a thing on it
