I got a dud…. It would spike on the CPU even when idling. Had two different Best Buy stores take a look at it….the odd part was it would be just on no applications running except Windows and the typical background apps like Bing and nothing that would be even pressing the GPU…. Well in the middle of the night the fans would just go high blast and finally we decided to leave the MSI monitor system up and out of the blue gpu reached 100% and the CPU 99% just idling then Conner grab Rashad and they redid the firmware to the bios well take it home and middle of the night it just revved up then the whole unit just froze at this point. I wish we could have swapped it for the same system just incase the thermal paste or the heat sink could have been the corporate. I loved this screen had a WD 5 TB external hard with a few games…the one that really stands out is was Arkham Knight and seeing Bat’s cap & cowl wow the rips the tears it looked so amazing. Again Best Buy can’t find the same MSI Titan GT77 with the 128 and 4TB hard drive unfortunately. Now I will say they bent over backward and helping me and doing the return…. For trying to figure out why this was happening and the freezing but again all of our guesses had to be do to the thermal connectors. I would recommend but with a caution..,

Adding a Gen5 NVMe SSD makes this nutty. The cooling is great, the 4TB SSD included is actually a Raid0 2x2TB SSD with 2 thermal pads. Performance wise, this laptop is the one you want.

The best laptop ever made. There is nothing that even can stand in the shadow of MSI.

the absolute best of the best. no other laptop that I have ever own is as powerful as this monster with 128 gb of ram and super fast processing speeds it is absolutely worth every dollar. its basically like a home built PC that you can take anywhere. so of course it gets hot and loud and battery life is super short, but definitely worth it for engineering, programming, gaming, video and music art.

With 128 gigs of Ram and a 4090 graphics card, this thing runs adult Vr amazingly with no hiccups whatsoever, and also upscales my adult dvd collection to near 4k blu ray quality

MSI is the best brand ever! No other brand comes close! Highly recommend.
