It works like any other credit card, you spend money.. you pay that back. However there is something genius that Best Buy did that reeled me in. Instead of only having the option to spend wherever or spend in store only, I can choose between those 2 options. To me that was crucial. Instead of being able to buy whatever whenever, thus using all that money way to soon, I chose in store only and have gotten mostly things I need, with the exception of a few splurges. Plus the ability to do payments per item, which admittedly I still don’t fully understand. From my understanding, you can use the card on anything in store and online through Best Buy. If you go with the use anywhere option, my assumption is you can literally use it anywhere. Now with that said, using in store comes with perks, I’ll go ahead and assume those perks don’t apply at another store. This is a great option for a credit card. Work as you’d expect and I haven’t had anything happen behind the scenes that would make me want to stop using it. I buy, I pay back. Super simple!

Bought a computer in April and the sales associate said that he could see us getting a $400 refund coming up. That we would get an email and then we just have to call the store. We never got an email but I did check and found the computer was on sale by $300. I just called the store and they issued me the refund. For the price of the membership and the refund it is something I would sign up for again. I just wish I would have gotten the email and that I could get a different payment method (best buy credit card). If I would have already paid off the card I'm not sure how they would have refunded the money because they do the credit the original payment used.

Whenever I am asked to pay to get savings I have to stop and look carefully at what I'm being offered. Most of the time I'm someplace I'll never come back to and I want the discount on my one purchase, most likely because I will never return to that store. But this is Best Buy, and let's face it, I'm going to end up dropping money here more often than I probably should. For 50 dollars a year, the Best Buy Plus membership is not a bad deal. It was paid for out of my first purchase of a MacBook where I saved 50 dollars because of the membership (so it was "free"). So now for the year, I get access to certain items with an extra discount which is nice. But there is more!!! Once I looked over the dashboard (yes, you get your own dashboard) there are a few more perks that come with the membership: 1. There is an assortment of free trials for decent amounts of time that you can dip into. 2. You get 60 days instead of 30 days to return things, so try and buy to your heart's content (you break it you buy it) 3. I'm impatient when it comes to shipping. If I'm laying to some good money I want my product immediately. But we all know everything isn't in stock, so two-day free shipping is a perk, not bad, and on part with Amazon Prime. 4. There is also a rewards point thing that you get discounts and rewards depending on how much you spend, and that brings us to the bad part. Now the only thing that I don't like about the membership (and it probably isn't even their fault, I'm sure it is some arrangement with Apple) is that those points that you get, well, you don't get them on Apple products (and where does most my money go?) so for all the money I spend on Apple Products they don't reward me for the future. Beyond that, I have nothing bad to say, especially since it was at no additional cost in my case. Oh, and don't forget, for like 130 dollars more you can get the tech support and warranty package which does include Apple Care+ so that looks like a great value also.

Under the Best Buy Membership program I recently bought a new 75” Samsung TV, with same brand Sound Bar system and a new TV Stand to hold it and was convinced by the Best Buy staff to sign up for the Best Buy Membership program. Honestly, I’ve been really happy with the Best Buy Membership program. It’s easy to understand and as everything was broken down to me by the sales rep. The free 2-day shipping and 60-day return window alone have saved me stress and money on the items I purchased and an option to get Geek Squad support is a huge plus. I’ve already used the tech help a couple of times and they solved my issues super fast—no extra charge. Definitely feels like good value if you shop at Best Buy a few times a year or want peace of mind with expensive electronics. The exclusive member deals and early sale access are nice bonuses too. I can view access everything on the Best Buy App as a Plus Member.

Rather it's trying to figure out what fits inside my PC setup that was all brand new from the ground up purchased from Best Buy, or just talking about new exciting things coming to the tech world, or just the amazing culture that lives in my store, in Huntsville, Alabama, and I know many other stores, it's always a great experience. The ability to not have to worry about returning something if it goes down in price and just having the price match done online without having to go into the store. It is just a simplicity that isn't available at any retailers I can think of. This membership is really priceless.

I purchased Bestbuy Plus. I found the price worth it because the savings have succeeded the purchase price. My first purchase was a Samsung refrigerator and with my membership I saved over $100 plus delivery. I have had many apple products fixed or I was given brand new (refurbished) ones to replace it. Overall, it was worth it for my family. My kids were able to use the online chat with geek squad, many times, to get help with their laptops ! Even our pets enjoy Bestbuy!

#1 You are so fortunate to have a salesperson like ALEX. He will take his time and explain the differences between the TV's. Never to rush you and will always make you feel comfortable. #2 After your purchase you need to make a schedule. Loyd does a great job in trying to schedule a delivery or service around your time. Not always easy but he always seems to manage it. #3 Jeff maybe the last person you may have to deal with. I am almost 96 years of age and let's face it it's like learning all over again. Jeff is like a teacher. He is very patient and will explain every detail. When he is through, he will always leave you feeling comfortable. Because every set up maybe different and could be confusing to you he will offer his cell phone number and say phone me any time and I'm sure we can work your way through the set up. that is special! #4 Just a great team to work with. I started years ago with MAGNOLIA TV and now I'm with BEST BUY. I am a very happy BEST BUY CUSTOMER.

I like having this membership because there are many opportunities to get your money’s worth and then some after a purchase or two. I would like to see exclusive coupons (such as 25% off one item) with a dollar limit, that may or may not be combined with member pricing. This way, I can feel like I’m getting member pricing on something that isn’t marked down. I would also like to see discounts on installation services. These are just ideas. I do enjoy the reward certificates and free delivery.

This membership got us some bonus rewards on the first purchase. I especially like being able to get the rewards on items at my local outlet store. First was a great deal on a Lenovo laptop and a monitor. Unfortunately, some cables were missing from the monitor box even though it was supposedly in excellent condition. No problem, when we took it back a few days later only to find a recent arrival of a bigger and better Nvidia monitor. Customer service was excellent. They exchanged it with no problem. Happy ever sense with both items. Recently I bought a couple Braun shave heads. Price was competitive with other retailers and I could use my reward points with free shipping. The good news was they were OEM. Expecting them to be P&G made in the US for Braun, imagine my surprise when they arrived a couple days later and the package said made in Germany. Best Buy did a good job highlighting the benefits of the My Best Buy Plus membership when I was in the store a few years back. I’m not typically one to join a membership with an annual fee, however the value provided is actually there and not overstated. I tend to use Best Buy for Christmas, birthdays, and my wife’s home office. Combined, I’ve been able to use a number of different deals for each occasion and have saved a good bit since I started the membership a few years back. The exclusive member deals are actually pretty good (with a good variety) and make it feel like you get a premium discount compared to non members. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase and wasn’t hesitant to renew after the first year. I’d recommend for anyone who uses Best Buy 3+ times per year.

The one frustration I have is that it is very difficult to put a purchase on a correct account if an incorrect one was done initially by accident. I still don’t think it was switched correctly. Only one person in the store could do it. I tried to cancel the order as soon as I found out what had happened and was told to fix it when the product came in. It was not as easy as they made it sound and once again I don’t think I got credit for it. Other than that I am happy with what I have.

I love my experience with Best Buy plus being able to get your stuff in a two day span or if anything happens with your PC you can go back and get it fixed for free. The fact that most of the stuff in the store is half off depending on what you buy and there’s literally a geek squad where you can go and take a PC and they could put in the parts for you. It’s amazing.
