We needed a humidifier to make it easier for our sick daughter to breathe - this fits the bill! She loves the Elephant shape and calls it her own (we had to get a different one when our second child came along!) It's very quiet - we leave it on all night when the kids have the sniffles, and you have control over the rate of evaporation. It's a cool mist humidifier, so no risk of burns. Easy to clean, though be careful as the reservoir is spherical and can roll away from you and break (luckily, the manufacturer sells replacement parts!)

I really like the relationship that Best Buy has with Mypoints. It allows me to gather points to later redeem for gift cards. I have purchased many Blu ray movies that have increased the points with Mypoints during the past 2 years.I really racked them up during Black Friday.

Great store. I usually have to go to this store to get in store since the closer Best Buy is usually out of stock of the things I need. I found also that some of their high end products are cheaper then the one attached in the open air mall near my house.

I dug through a sale bin in the store and found a Jim Croce CD of his greatest hits! I couldn't have been more pleased with the sale price. My husband loved this little gift, and we both loved the memories the songs brought back of our dating years.

I am always pleased with the customer service I receive at Best Buy Rockford. The guys in the auto section are very helpful and recommended a way to fix my cd player. Of course if that doesn't work I will buy one from them

my in store coupon did not want to apply itself to my order but the clerk would not give up until it took. the clerk and floor manager were really great in making sure i got the discount from my coupon. thanks.
