    We just got this yesterday and my husband just unpacked it and the sound bar has three dents in it not very happy. He's hooking it up to our Vizio TV just to check it out anyway but Saturday we're getting a new 4k Vizio TV and that is why we bought this. I have to call Best Buy tomorrow and they don't carry it in the store. But I'll edit my review after we try it out and get a replacement.

    Wish my search had started here, because then I would not have three other soundbars sitting in the way, collecting dust. Awesome sound. only negative, the remote is difficult, but after integrating with a universal remote, not that big of a deal.

    I love this soundbar. I have owned a Sony, Paradigm and Definitive technology sound bars and this thing out performs them all. Front sound stage is amazing.

    Just ordered and received this yesterday... so far the sound is very good.. BUT although it says it allows 4K passthrough, it does not accomplish this (at least with My DirecTV 4K system... 4K works fine when I hook it up through the Sound bar I get an error message that states my LG OLED 4K (OLED65C7P) is not a 4K TV (This is a DTV Error message.. and my TV shows a 1080P (on a 4K channel) What is worse.. is that there is no customer support phone number to dial into listed anywhere on the Nakamichi web site.. it all has to be done via email... after several hours I got a reply to my email with a link to update the firmware.. ( I did and still it did not resolve the issue) Now I am stuck waiting on an email response... not a good way to do business! I will give it one more try and if I cannot resolve I will return to Best Buy and tell them not to sell! Disappointed so far after just 24 hours! -- if things improve I will report here.. and Oh.. by the way via the Nakamichi facebook page they provided me a customer support phone # (415)805)6913 Pacific time 10am-7PM I have not called it yet as I am waiting for 10 am to come!
