    Got as a gift for cousin's kid. He loves it. And he's super excited to use the microscope when it gets warmer. It comes with a scalpel but they said it was plastic, fyi.

    For the price point I guess you get what you pay for but I was disappointed with the telescope part of this set. It was incredibly frustrating and near impossible to settle the telescope on 1 point in the sky. I would find something to show my son. move my eye away from the telescope and then when my son looked we were pointer in a different place. I felt like if I exhaled that it moved and was no longer pointed in the right place. Very frustrating but I'll aim for more serious equipment when my son gets older. Microscope worked perfectly. no complaints there.

    Nothing in this kit works properly....my son got this as a gift from SANTA and was very sad when he couldn't get it to work. His father and I did everything but nothing worked
