Haven't rode it that far yet. Though, a weight over 200 going up a hill steeper than the 15% you will go slow. Overall, wonderful!

Wife Happy with Great Gift

Scooter really Moves

They were right. Compared to others brands got MUCH more. Shipping was a little slow but I guess Holidays etc.

It's junk

Less than 30 days and it fell apart. Handle bars stopped locking and throttle started to stick. It's junk. Don't buy this item. I thought I would get what I paid for but that wasn't the case. Had I not been a Best Buy member I wouldn't have even been allowed to return it. His friend bought one off Amazon for $200 and it lasted ten times longer than this one and is still going strong. He wasn't rough with it. He's 17 and a respectful kid.

Don’t do it.

Purchased the scooter over 90 days ago and the store wouldn’t address the defect. Required to work with Manufacturer. Manufacturers indicated only cover tires for 90 days. Which their communication has been very slow. Offered for me to purchase a tire and send a video on how to install. Absolutely horrible service and accountability on both Best Buy and Navee. At a loss of almost $500. Would not suggest using Best Buy to purchase an electric scooter nor the Navee manufacturer.

Save you’re money

Fast quality scooter
