Playing the story version of NBA 2K17 is like a movie about my player. It's awesome how detailed the interaction is with players and coaches, even the fans with the social network scene. Game play is great and realism is unbelievable!!! I love it!!!

Best 2k yet! Really like the shot meter and the layup meter as well. At first I didnt like it but after I got used to it I preferred it that way.

I'd like to like to first state that I'm a casual gamer, as far as sports games go. I first got 2K16 while it was free on PS+ and enjoyed it enough to want to purchase 2K17. In comparison to 2K16's story, 2K17's was much, much better. The game feels a lot smoother then last years. I love the way 'my court' is set up to show off all of your shoes, trophies, and awards. One of my favorite improvements is that you can do more in a day in your career. No more picking and choosing if you should practice or hang out with Shaq. You can just do both, unless times overlap. I dabbled in my park for the first time and that was either hit or miss with me as far as connection goes. It was either fine, or I felt like I was a few seconds behind. Cool none the less. Pro-Am seemed better as far as connection goes and was enjoyable with a good team. I liked that there is now a crowd as opposed to last year. I'd recommend this game to people that love basketball and definitely if you haven't picked up any 2K basketball games for the past few years, this one is a nice upgrade. PS: Orange Juice.

Much improved, graphics, controls, story mode, and presentation. NBA 2K17 is their best NBA game yet! I just wanted to give an review on the actual game! Those who ACTUALLY HAVE THE GAME, gave it an 5 star review.

The series just keeps getting better every year and this year is no different. The mycareer mode is better this year, no more Spike Lee directed story that no one cares about, concentrates more on playing the actual games and living the life of an NBA star. Enhanced myGM mode, more expansion options and can edit/import draft classes DURING a season! Overall good stuff, solid 9/10

In my opinion, 2K improved in many of the areas that were frustrating last year. Domination is more fun and I don't find myself getting as frustrated with bad passes or jumping two/three times going for a block or rebound. Much improved! Good job 2K for making a fun game even better!

I haven't played any of the 2k games since 2k13 on PS3, so my experience will be a bit different than someone who has upgraded to the new version of the game every year. Overall, this game has a great MyCareer mode. The facial scanner and customization (tattoos, shoes, jerseys, etc.) really makes you feel as if you're modeling a virtual NBA version of yourself. On-line play in MyPark is pretty solid, though the lack of 5v5 in MyPark is annoying. Why have 4v4, but not 5v5? I haven't played 2k17's version of "FIFA Ultimate Team" but if it's as intricately built as MyCareer, I'm sure it would be a lot of fun on a level comparable to the gold standard set by FIFA Ultimate Team.

The gameplay is smoother than 2k16 and they also added a lot of new features. The kobe controller skin and poster are also a great addition.

In this years NBA 2K17 they gave us the most control we've ever had. They've almost done away with animated moves that are easy to get stuck in and now its up to you to string together crossovers, spin moves, in and outs, and other various moves by using the right stick. They've improved the shot meter and this year if you get a green release, its going in. It plays more fluid then ever before. Size actually matters this year and you can feel the speed of a Kyrie Irving when you drive past a mismatch to the rim. You can feel the size of a Hassan Whiteside as you block shots into the front row. MyCareer is also improved with 3 optional practices on off days, also teammates dropping by your MyCourt to challenge you to games of 1 v 1 or to help you improve your 3-pt or other aspects of your game. They've added plenty of new endorsement opportunities including the ability to pick between Adidas and UnderArmor as shoe sponsors for the first time, as well as Nike and Jordan. Tiered contracts with different levels of compensation allow you to choose contracts based on your performance. All in all great game this year!

One of the best sports video game I have played. Players seem realistic as well as the game play. MyCareer mode is one of the best playing options in the game.

Nba2k17 is back and better than ever. My career is much improved compared to last year. I love the new controls as well as the layup timing and unique shot timing. My team now has alot to offer although its harder to gain coins and buy packs and boxes. Now you must purchase boxes with real cash money.

This 2K has to be one of the best yet, the My Career mode is addictive, and a great story. Definitely worth the extra cost for the unlocked items.

Less canned animations, more collision, and more skill based game play. Passes are floaty and AI defenders are still staring at their open man.

2k just always finds a way to make their game better every year. 2k could have just tweaked the sliders a little and put out a new game and done completely fine. Instead of settling, 2k added a lot to each one of their game modes and made the overall feel of the game differ from 2k16 and feel even more realistic. The game is a little bit harder and requires a little bit more basketball knowledge to work the ball around or run a play, which just makes the game more realistic and fun since it requires some skill.

The game has alot of great improvements and it makes it a must have. The career mode is 20 times better than what it was last year

HONESTLY 2K17 IS THE BEST 2K IN A LONG TIME. CAREER MODE , GM MODE AND MY TEAM ARE IMPROVED BY ALOT . THE GRAPHICS ARE AMAZING.

This year's edition has more of a international feel to it much like FIFA, which is a good change of pace from the hip-hop driven versions as of late. The menus are clean and easy to navigate. The playlist is varied, encompassing multiple genre. As far as gameplay goes, movements are smooth most of the time (passing and dribbling through defenses can get annoying from time to time). Presentation and audio are outstanding. This is their best version since 2k11 in my opinion.

2k17 is the best 2K ever made in years. The graphics and gameplay are on point and career mode aswell

One of the best basketball game compare to NBA 2k16. It's is more dynamic and realistic the gameplay.

This game is great if you're really into basketball or basketball teams! Since it was the legend edition, the items that were included are really nice if you're a fan of Kobe Bryant! Got this for a gift and is perfect to Lakers or Kobe fans! As for the game, the movement and mechanics are more fluid compared to last year's version. Things are more realistic compared to 2k16.
