My Neato Botvac is wonderful! It runs every morning and picks up the fur from my 80lb. yellow lab. It handles carpet & hard floors well, and transitions smoothly between them. Going under the furniture, it does a better job cleaning everyday than what I was lucky to get done weekly with a conventional vacuum. Very few issues with it getting stuck. The app is easy to use. I do wish that it could be programmed to run at different times on different days and multiple times a day. However, it is easy to start it remotes from my phone.

Works great. I run it daily for maintanence. Amazing how much dirt it picks up. Love it. Its also a lot cheaper the. Roomba. Only downside is its a little loud.

Doesn't work on carpet. Gets stuck everywhere. Between chairs, on bar stools, small door mats.. Cleans well, but doesn't find its dock. Can't keep picking and putting it back to work. Rumba wins over this.

Recently purchased this vacuum and I can say within a few days, I had decided I was going to keep it because it cleans very well.

Our floor plan is a bit challenging for Neato and I am a perfectionist but besides that it does a good job. It gets corners well and love how it will go under furniture. I purchased on sale for myself as a Christmas gift. We have more hard flooring and some carpet. I run it once a week and you do have to follow the instructions well.

I started looking at these with a "They Probably Don't work That Well" attitude. Researched thoroughly and went with this one. Absolutely outstanding. It works fantastically. We have it set to run three times a week once on Turbo and the other two on eco. Works until it dies, drives itself back recharges and comes back out to finish the job. The house feels cleaner and what I pull out of the collection bin is amazing. Goes under beds couches even the chest at the foot of the bed. Cough up the money and get it! It is worth it.

I have never used a robot vacuum but this one is awesome. I use it primarily on hard wood floors to pick up dog hair and it works beautifully. It has mapped the entire floor and really doesn’t get stuck, even in small crevices.

This one seems great. Last one had problems going over the bumps that the tile caused. This one glides over them just fine, but the technology seems to lag. For example, it’s slower to turn on, slower to go back to it’s charging spot, and rarely actually gets in the right spot to charge unlike older versions. I’m glad I got the warranty since it was much more expensive than my last neato and it’s already concerning me with how slow it is to respond to what I want it to do.

I absolutely hate sweeping floors. Now I love it! This Neato device is the best thing ever made. I just make sure the dust bin is emptied on a regular basis and it’s a go. Great product, easy to program, easy to charge.

Actually performs better than expected. Does great job cleaning under king size bed that I am not able to reach.

I'm so amazed by how "smart" this thing is I just sat and watched it in awe the first 1.5 hours I ran it in my house. It was also my first time seeing a robot vacuum work and I was very skeptical upon purchasing but it was a black Friday deal and thought I'd give it a chance. It's not perfect, it still requires a human to "robot-proof" the area before running it or it will get stuck or run in to something you didn't want sucked up by a vacuum. Also its size as a robot vacuum limits its capacity so I empty it every time I run it. But it's definitely my favorite find in a long time! I have 2 dogs and a cat and a toddler and 2600 as ft to try to keep the hair from taking over. Highly recommend this to anyone else trying to keep up with that situation.

Works as advertised. Pros: It is as easy as opening the box and start cleaning. Integration with Alexa was a breeze, especially compared to some other IOT products, and does a great job working within the confines of the magnetic strips that can be laid down. Cons: It can get stuck pretty easy under recliners that can rock. It has the power to push forward under them, but as the weight of the chair begins to rest on the vacuum it doesn't have the ability to back itself out. All in all a pretty minor flaw.

It works great at picking up debris, seems to have a pretty long battery life. Every so often it seems to lose its way but I just reset it and it works fine again. Haven't run while away from home because it does get stuck sometimes and you have to make sure you have everything picked up.

Does the job, had the less expensive model first and it also did a great job, yet this one seems more powerful and can knock things over. Neato does tell you where it has vacuumed in the house and sometimes get stuck and sends you message, so that is helpful unless you are at work...I do recommend to friends.

My second one. Gave my oldest daughter my first after 18 months, and bought one with longer battery. Then bought another for my youngest daughter for Christmas. Must like them!!!! Biggest complaint is noise is rather loud, but much better than a standard upright vac.

So... When my wife and I first purchased botvac we hated him. We where watching it work and it's path made zero sense. However, I decided to give it a second chance as I was ready to return it. Decided to not watch it clean... Came back to our ground floor and loved how clean it was. Will it get stuck? Yes it will. Do you need to pick up items it'll eat? Absolutely. Will it do a great job. Definitely. This product helps keep our new home clean, can't recommend it more.

The Neato is pretty easy to setup and use. The app is very user friendly and the neat is actually pretty good. We use it mostly on hardwood floor and is pretty good, it definitively cleans the floor. I do move things around little just to make sure it does not get stuck on anything however at times I forget and still works fine. It had only got sucked 2 times or so, but the rest of times has worked pretty good. We have use it on carpet and works great as well. I would definitively recommend it.

I have asthma and my biggest allergen is household dust. It has always been a chore to vacuum manually. With my robot Rosie (named after the Jetson's robot), I have her do most of the work. After watching it work a few times, I found 2 places where it would get stuck. I moved the obstacles a few inches and now it vacuums twice a week with no problems. Putting the charger on a carpeted floor is not ideal but the robot almost always manages to engage the charger when done.

It sucks, but that's about all it does. Unfortunately, despite what the many good reviews have to say, this robot vac is not up to snuff. I really wanted to like it, really... I dreamed of finally being liberated from the drudgery and endless push, pull of daily vacuuming, but the Botvac failed to deliver. It would probably work quite well in an open room without furniture, but the dining room proved to be more than it could handle. It couldn't make a complete trip around my house without getting stuck under chair or barstool legs, which to my dismay, would cause it to back up and slam into the furniture several more times while it regained it bearings. Other times, it would drive halfway on top of something, like a flat floor lamp base and spin it's wheels on the wood floor leaving scuffs. I ended up spending more time watching and helping the Botvac out of jams than it would have taken me to vacuum the house myself, so I cannot reccomend this product, especially at the current price point.

Our Neato keeps the house clean as a whistle... we have a dog and cat, both of which shed mightily, but the Neato takes care of that, and everything else. What can I say? This guy does everything they advertise he'll do, and the amount of dust, dirt and pet hair he picks up are both surprising and (sorry) gross. We run the Neato twice a week... hardwood floors, tile, area rugs... nothing stops this little fella. Wonder how we lived without it.
