This is my 5th Neato, I love the product and have one on every floor, but can be very quirky. I love coming home from work to a perfectly vacuumed house! Works very well just make sure you clean the brush often (my long hair constantly get caught in the brush), empty it daily, and change the battery when it starts to act up. Fantastic time saver for this working mom!!

Love this vacuum, its really does a good job cleaning. It works both on carpet and hardwood. Battery life is good. Have has this for over a year now and have not had any issues. App is really easy to use.

Something started to go wrong with the sensor that detects the dirt bin, rendering the device useless. I cleaned it, blew it out with a can of compressed air to make sure. Spoke to tech support, went through a bunch of restarting and attempts to fix it. Still wouldn't work and it just so happened to be Im a few months out of warranty. Now I have to go through shipping to to Ohio, to see if it can be fixed if I want it working again... I have a lot higher expectations for the price I paid. It works great but the life span and warranty are poor.

Amazing vacuum. The set-up was pretty straight forward but only connects to a 2.4ghz WiFi network. After connecting to my network, it did a test run to map out the floor. The vacuum switched from floor to tile without a hitch and picks up almost anything in its path. Overall the Neato Botvac D4 is a great vacuum.

This little vacuum is truly amazing! It navigated my house well without getting stuck, cleaned up all of my dog hair, went back to the charger when it was dead and once charged went back to cleaning, and even did a great job on my carpets! I have loved it so far!

This is our second Neato, so clearly we like them. Something was different abot the WiFi on this one, our SSID has an apostrophe in it and while our other Beato recognized it this one wouldn’t. Customer service suggested that I change my SSID, but I have over 30 things connected to it so no way. Could have been a 5 star!

used to have a Neato and when it got older I moved to the basement and got a Shark for the upstairs. I previously went back and purchased this Neato now for the upstairs. The Neatos seem to pickup and work so much better for us.

The D4 is lacking suction power and navigation. I've owned several older version of neato vacuums. The mapping feature is cool it let me see what areas it didn't cover.

I'm still in awe of this robot and what thorough job it does I don't know the reason it goes off line sometimes and takes several tries for it to reconnect. But definitely worth having and I'm glad I have it.

We originally bought a D4 and absolutely loved it. Our only gripe was pet hair would get stuck in a very difficult area to reach thst needed to be regularly cleaned out, but other than that, the unit was great. When the D6 went on sale for $399 we decided to upgrade. The D6, unfortunately, has had nothing but problems. Its constantly getting stuck and more often than not needs assistance back to the base. It also forgets floor maps frequently. This floors me (get it?) as the D4 had none of these issues. We are going to exchange the D6 and will update my review accordingly whether it may have just been a defective unit or an overall software issue with this model.

I have run at least one of these at my house 5 days a week for 5 years now. I currently have three as I had a split level house and had one for each floor. They do a great job and I can not live without it.

I owned another robot vacuum that just it's work randomly and would sometimes not get half the house. But with this Vac and using Lidar to map My home, It vacuums everywhere frankly at half the time. It's awesome!!

I think if I can get some help and get it connected to my WiFi, I will love it. Right now getting help has been impossible. I even have geek squad protection, but haven’t been able to reach them!

Has been working well. Vacuums almost every day. Is the floor plan and seems to follow it. No complaints yet. Time will tell how long it lasts. As with all bot vacs, the bin needs emptied frequently. Has a squeaky wheel after a few trips but wd-40 took that away.

I traded in 3 different Rombas for the brand. I have had it about a month and so Far it is a way better product! I Would absolutely buy this again or recommend it. We bought the lower end model and don’t feel that I would change it. No need for higher end in my opinion.

I love this. It maps my house. The app is great to use let’s me know of everything. My home is a little over 2100 sq so I needed a bit help sweeping it and this works amazing.

Constantly gets stuck and goes outside the no go zones. Constantly pushes its charger away and then can’t find it and dies. If you can find on sale, great. Don’t pay full price

I bought this vaccuum a little over a year ago, and up until this point it has been great. It sucks up a lot of dirt and navigates fairly well. My issue is with the durability. It has a very small dust bin, so it must be opened fairly regularly to be emptied. The other day when emptying, it broke and will no longer latch. For the price it should really be made better to last especially with the need to frequently open.

I was very skeptical at first but wife insisted and now I am glad she did. It started with a little complication to connect to it, but once we past that stage it's been working just fine. By the time we get home floor already clean, if this thing could mop it too it would be priceless! I really like "no go line" feature, this way I can always keep it out of area where I am working on the project so it will not touch it and if I drop something on the floor accidently I will find it next day :). One downside it's a very small trash compartment which needs to be cleaned a little too frequently and kinda small battery. Sometimes it needs to charge twice before it finishes the job. Overall it's a very good product.
