    Some dummy thought it was a good idea to ship this in a bubble mailer instead of a box, and it arrived with the box crushed in multiple areas. This is a collectible, don't buy it from Best Buy if you want it to arrive in good shape. I called their customer service for a replacement, but none was available, so the best they offered me was a 10% refund to keep the item or a full return. Don't waste your time with these jokers.
