Great Sequel

I play a lot of games and appreciate new stories and unique gameplay. I do suggest playing The World Ends With You first, and then follow with this. You'll enjoy both.

A long awaited sequel that mostly delivers

The combat translates perfectly on a actual controller. The unique "pin" combat system from the first game is still here and better than ever with each pin type tied to a certain button on the controller. Instead of tapping the screen for a projectiles you tap the corresponding button you assign the pin to. I wont go too in depth with the story but if you played and the enjoyed the first game you are in for a treat! Only negative thing that comes to mind is the framerate can dip abit during combat when the screen gets bombarded with particle effects due to the limitation of the Nintendo Switch but its barely noticable.

Good but flawed localization.

They did inject some current day stuff in it and changed up some of the context as a result.
