    I ordered 2, one for my sister and one for me. Geek Squad had to spend quite some time to load mine and now all of the pictures on my computer have totally disappeared. My sister has tried for 2 days to get hers to load and nothing! I've called Best Buy and they do not STAND behind the sale of this product. I have lost $40.00 with no recourse. Don't make this mistake.

    I was never able to get it up and running. Went to the store and they weren't able to help. An activation code was required but none was given. Stated that it was in the box it came in but I received it on the computer so no box. Too frustrated to do anything more so I took it off my computer and gave up.

    I have many duplicates on my pc which is why I wanted the app . I ran it 3 times and it only found 2 duplicates.
