Love the the machine it help my morning run smoother. I already own the semi automatic espresso maker and still loving it. But with the busy morning that I don't have a lot of time so I just skip it and end up paid the coffee shop for the espresso. The Nespresso is very easy to operated and clean, so I made my own espresso everyday now and my husband love too. I know that I have to order the capsule online and cost a little more than the k-cup, but sill, it come down under $1.00 (or $1.80 if you double shots) for a cup of fancy latte compare to the coffee shop.

I have been using this Nespresso machine for over 4 years, and enjoy it greatly. We use it to prepare espresso, cappuchino and iced-coffe (using the lungo capsules). We have learned how to perfectly adjust the volumes of the espresso shots and milk-froth to our flavor and everybody in the family- which is one of the big pluses of this machine. The capsules make for surprisingly good espresso and cappuchinos that almost match freshly ground coffee (almost) and as a bonus they are fun and colorful (kids love playing with them). The down sides are having to clean the frother after every cup/serving, and theridiculous fact that most commercially sold organic and non-organic milks in the USA are pasteurized in a way that doesn't make good froth (or doesn't make froth at all!!), where in Europe or Israel we never had this problem. We found one type of milk that makes good froth and are dependent on it for our cappuchinos.... Take that in mind if you are buying the machine but prefer only organic milk...

I am my own Barrista now, making great coffee drinks. I bought the small plastic cups to make it all cheaper, but really liked the samples sent with the machine. The frother can be used to make other drinks like flavored milk- a steamer. ..

This combined Citiz & Milk Nespresso machine is perfect for our kitchen and house. The piano black is classy. This combined version means that you need to use only one electrical outlet. The espresso and lungo are excellent. The milk does not get as frothy as it would with a true steamer, but the espresso macchiatos this morning were great nonetheless!

This coffee maker is very stylish and looks great on the counter. Works well, makes good coffee and is easy to use and clean. Recommended.

This is my second Nespresso unit, and I continue to be a huge fan of the espressos, lattes, and cappucinos that both the Inissia and Citiz units produce. They both pump out the same exact quality and are beautiful additions to any kitchen or work space, so you can't go wrong either way. The big differences between the Inissia and Citiz are the materials used on the machines, and the overall heights of the machines. The Inissia is primarily composed of plastic, while the Citiz is taller and mostly metal, which seems to be more durable (and sleeker looking). If you are on a budget, you definitely can't go wrong with the Inissia, but I am happy that I saved a bit more to bring the Citiz into my kitchen. Highly recommended!

Works as advertised makes a great cup of espresso and is very easy to operate. Ordering coffee from nepresso was very simple only took three days to get my coffee order

Not what I thought it would be. Perhaps there is no way to make the tummie Starbucks froth at home.

My spouse bought this for me so I'm not sure what store it came from but it is the best, most loved gift. I've had french presses, a percolator and cup's before, but this is "the best". I do get my pods from Europe so that helps as it is hard to buy them here and they are cheaper over there. My favorite in Indian Sundara. I can make an Americano for the afternoon, cappuccino for the morning and a steamer at night. It is the one gift that will be enjoyed for a long time. I've had mine for 5 years and it is still working wonderfully, no problems. It also takes only a small part of my work space, so no bulky machine to clean around
