This makes REALLY good coffee. My ONLY complaint is the coffee does not brew very hot. It's hot, but not hot enough, but the taste outweighs that complaint for me.

Nespresso sent a new unit and it arrived one week later. So far, no issues with the new unit (a few days of use). Customer service was flawless but it’s possible that the design is flawed.
