Amazing!! I was not a frequent coffee drinker, I purchased the machine for the rest of my family but now I am a coffee drinker. The taste of the coffee is soo different.

I absolutely LOVE this espresso/coffee maker. It’s sleek and minimal, doesn’t take up much counter space. I love the matte black color. I’ve owned another Nespresso model and it stopped working on me and was finicky from the moment I started using that one. NO ISSUES with this new one. Only one button to push and the auto up/down is pretty cool.

Bought as a housewarming present since they loved mine when they visited. I will say from my personal experience that: The best tasting coffee once you find your pod. I have both the VertuoPlus and the Original. I love them both dearly Without fail every year (almost to the date) the machine will start acting up. Descaling is a pain and expensive. The coffee is expensive. Like wow expensive. But if you were like me and going to Starbucks once a day because the coffee from your Mr. Coffee wasn't doing it for you, you actually end up saving money. I rarely go to Starbucks anymore.

Fantastice machine. Sleek looking, easy to use and clean, versatile. You can have espresso, a double, i wd coffee, drip, pretty much anyng you want and the quality of the coffee is outstanding. Ordering pods through neaoresso website is also a breeze and fast.

Delicious coffee that comes out with foam just like you’re at a cafe. A dangerous purchase as my coffee intake has doubled since buying this machine because it’s so good! Beautiful, simple design and easy to use.

Very much like espresso you drink from Starbucks or local coffee shops, the only downside is you’ve to buy expensive pods the kit you buy aftermarket doesn’t yield very good results

Never using another coffee system again! After one cup I craved the nespresso coffee. Great tasting, good amount of froth. I purchased a frother separately because I wanted the matte black, and it was sold out with the frother included. Easy to use it knows the pods so prefect brew every time with the press of a button. Pods eject out the back and collected in a can. I ordered a recycling bag to put my pods in as well.

I love the coffee the Nespresso Vertuo Plus makes! However, on day 2 it started leaking water under the machine. I am going to exchange the machines. I definitely recommend even with the leak. The coffee is amazing.

Better than expected. I’m a big coffee guy, and would love a proper espresso rig but sadly time does not always allow. I figured I would try the Nespresso maker as a secondary machine to my normal coffee maker and wow!! The espresso is perfect every time! Great flavor, and taste. Their customer service agents are also amazing! I had a problem with my first pod order and they fixed it immediately and had new pods delivered next day to me. I love this system!

Makes great coffee every time. Only complaint is it does not always grab the used pod out and send it to the storage compartment like it should. But as far as coffee goes, top notch.

If you like a very good up of coffee, get a Nespresso! There's no comparison between this and a Keurig. The Machine is easy to use, the only issue is the water tank is not so stable so I would not advise to pick it up while full or without supporting it.

Absolutely in love with this Nespresso. Very quick to heat up and pour and only a little bit loud when pulling an espresso shot. The cup ledge also adjusts height to reduce splatters which is a great touch. I generally only use my machine for espresso so the water container lasts me a very long time. No complaints!

The best and easiest way of having a cup of coffee and espresso. A wide range of the flavors make this machine a must have. It brews the coffe with a generous amount of foam on top. You can add milk or cream, and top it woth whip cream to add more flavor. Really enjoying it with the entire family.
