The coffee this machine makes is amazing! I wish the aroma was a candle, it smells so good! I love the crema at the end of it, it really makes it feel like its a high end coffee i'm drinking. If you're thinking of getting this or the Kuerig, i'd highly recommend this one. I love the fact that not only does it make coffee but you can also make espresso, which i love! Yes the pods are a little more expensive than the Kurieg BUT if you're paying for quality. The quality is here with his machine, not only in looks but in taste. I love this machine, hands down!

I purchased this machine about a month ago. I was somewhat skeptical because it is a pod machine. I am a big fan of fresh roasted and ground coffee in a french press and couldn't really imagine that any prepackaged coffee would be worth drinking. We have a small Kuerig that we use for quick morning coffee and it's just "OK" coffee. This is something completely different. First: The machine itself is extremely well-built, the packaging felt very high-end. The lines are beautiful and it doesn't take up a lot of space. The reservoir is a nice size and having a used capsule container attached helps keep things tidy. The included milk frother is just as beautiful and possibly the best coffee accessory I've seen. Second: The coffee. Just wow. In addition to the idea of prepackaged coffee, I was a little hesitant because of the price of the capsules. At $1.10 a cup, I thought it was a little expensive. When you buy through the www.nespresso.com/virtuoline website, you have to buy at least 50 capsules, making it an almost major purchase to buy coffee. But here's the thing: This coffee is beyond amazing. Each cup is flawless, with a thick rich crema and perfectly balanced coffee, regardless of blend. Definitely worth the price.

I have wanted a Nespresso coffee maker for YEARS! I love it! The machine is quick and simple to operate. The coffee is so creamy and delicious. I did not get the milk frother, but the coffee already turns out with a rich foam on top of every cup. There are many coffee varieties and flavors for purchase and shipping is quick. I love Nespresso!

Nespresso consistently produces an incredible coffee experience. At first, the machine wouldn't work, but Nespresso 24/7 customer tech support walked me through a simple process to clear the lines of stubborn air bubbles and voila..perfect coffee with crema! Dealing with Best Buy in store customer service, initially, to get a replacement machine, however, was a total waste of time. Glad I called Nespresso.

I bought this because I two of my Keurigs broke. The machine produces much better coffee and the espresso is great. Heats up quicker and is much more compact.

What a nice machine. Self contained, simple to use. Pods can be sent back to Nespresso for recycling. This is a one-cup-a-day splurge.

Family members are raving about what a better cup of coffee the Nespresso makes vs brand K, which was our old standby. Be aware that the pods for this machine are almost double the price of the K-cups but if you buy in volume, you can get a better per cup price. Regardless, for some of us, the greater expense is well justified.

Works great and coffee taste fantastic, The only drawback is the pods are not sold in retail outlets close to my home.
