This nespresso is a great single serve coffee maker. Also came with sample of 12 variety coffee capsules which was nice. The nespresso makes a great tasting cup of coffee. The crema it makes is like drinking a cup of coffee from a coffee cafe'. Best coffee machine I've owned.

I'd been looking at the VertuoLine for several weeks before deciding to purchase. Once I tried the first cup I was so glad I purchased this item. It's easy to operate and the finished result produces a smooth tasting espresso or cup of coffee. Some reviews stated that the machine did not make the espresso hot enough, I think this is a matter of personal preference. I found it to be plenty hot enough. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase.

I hesitated to buy due to cost of the machine & the coffee capsules & the recycling issues surrounding said capsules. I finally succumbed when my 10- year old Breville espresso machine died and I'm so glad I did. The machine fires up in 20 seconds. The Aeroccino frother does its thing in about a minute. Bottom line is you're drinking your coffee or espresso drink of choice very quickly. The coffee/espresso drink is delivered hot. And as for recycling the capsules, I discovered only yesterday that Nespresso offers its own bags for the purpose, and you can return them to the company in these prepaid sacks via UPS. Overall it's a great experience that I highly recommend. More expensive per serving than regular espresso/coffee perhaps. But factor in the relatively low cost of the machine and I think it's a winner, at least for me.

My wife and I are coffee fanatics. We have gone from regular coffee drip machines, to keurigs, to doing our own pour overs, to keurig rivo and prior to the nespresso, a automatic pour over machine. This makes coffee in a whole new different way in both taste and texture. The machine takes a short time to complete the process from heating the water to brewing. While the coffee does taste good, the unfortunate part is that there is no timer on this machine and i still rely on my automatic coffee maker to have coffee automatically made in the morning. With the included frother, it is just plain fun to make coffee on this duo, if you don't mind taking a little time to slowly enjoy making a good cup to enjoy! Keep in my mind, you are limited to buying ONLY NESPRESSO CAPSULES specifically to this machine, but it is worth it. So if you do not see yourself spending money on capsules, you have options to use your own grind and recycle one of the used capsules (google this) or stick with a regular coffee maker using a filter.

I have had a Keurig coffee machine for years now and it makes a good cup of coffee, no question. I have seen the Nespresso machine at various times and know people who have them and I was always impressed by the quality and superior coffee making techniques the machine possesses. With the Vertuoline, the quality and capabilities of Nespresso improved so much more that I HAD to get one. Most importantly, the coffee is excellent with each pod having a bar-code so the machine can extract the exact amount of coffee from the corresponding pod at the preferred temperature for that coffee. The pod spins as water flows through to extract all the coffee flavor possible and an amazing amount for crema (coffee froth) is automatically extracted during this processes. Add frothed milk and this is as close to a European stile coffee experience as I have had myself in various European Countries. Various flavors, half-decaf and full decaf are available as well as espresso pods... So good I am going for another cup after thinking about it during this review...

Nespresso is simply THE BEST coffee/espresso maker I have ever encountered. The machine itself works great--the milk frother is AMAZING--nearly silent! and easily cleaned. I've used Keurig for a few years, and this is hands-down top notch. The device is solid, easy to maintain, and completely wonderful. I only wish Best Buy sold the pods!

My husband and I love really good coffee, mostly Starbucks. But in the afternoon, I like a cup of good espresso.We usually use the French Press, so I was reluctant to buy a single serve machine.But this is very different.We've tried the espresso and the cappuchino pods.I love the cappuchino,and the frother works really well.The only thing I don't like is that you have to buy the pods from The Nespresso Company,which is a hassle. It comes with a starter kit,with 12 pods, a few of each.We still use the french press,and this Nespresso machine when I'm craving espresso or cappuchino

I use this machine every day! You can make coffee or espresso with this and my favorite part is the frothier! No need to leave home to get for favorite latte or coffee drink. The only down fall I have had is it is very hard to find the vertuoline pods at local stores. I have had to go to the actual Nepresso website which is fine but it would be more convenient to have options near by as well. I do like how they give you free bags on the nepresso website to recycle the pods!

So easy to use. Brews a very good cup of coffee and excellent shots of espresso. The frother works as it's supposed to in either mode, with either whisk. Both coffee and milk are plenty hot for me. Clean up is a breeze. It looks good on the kitchen counter. All-in-all, this is a solid coffee machine that I expect to get a lot of use from. One star deduction for the limited variety of coffee available and the high cost of the coffee/espresso capsules.

This was easy to set up and use, with delicious coffee resulting. The included frothier was well worth the additional cost. It worked smoothly and added much to the variety of coffee options available. The coffees offered provide many alternatives for different tastes and the Nespresso machine operates quickly, and is relatively quiet.

We were long time keurig coffee drinkers, but wanted a little better quality of coffee. Noticed the sale on these and took the leap since it came with a frother. The machine is loud, but it does heat up faster. Pods aren't cheap, but you can purchase different levels of espresso strength. Will not go back to keurig.

I had been wanting a Nespresso Virtuoline coffee maker for a long time. When you had a special price listed, I jumped at the chance to buy it. I absolutely love this machine as much (or more) than I thought I would. Having lattes and cappucinos available with one touch in my own kitchen is fabulous.

This makes a better cup of coffee than my prior one cup coffee maker. The frother is a nice addition, I am enjoying it with Almond milk (cashew is abut too dense to froth properly. My only complaint is that the pods are over a dollar each, and I like two or three cups in the morning.

I dont drink coffee but Hubs wanted the Nespresso for xmas so he got it. He tried a cup from a friend at work and was in love with the "awesomest" coffee... no complaints about the machine... being in Hawaii, however, makes it hard to find the pods (in stores) only been able to purchase online... they (some other company) do make replacement "caps" so when you use the pod, empty it and clean it then put your own coffee and seal with the "cap" $ saver :)

The Nespresso VertuoLine is amazing! The coffee tastes great and replaces the need to stop at Starbucks for your cappuccino or lattes.

I had never tried a Nespresso machine of any kind until December of 2014. I would consider myself a bit of a coffee snob (being from the SF bay area) and so home machine coffee was out of the question, only used a French Press. But once I tried this machine I was quickly convinced otherwise. Its an awesome machine, tons of coffee types, a limited selection of espressos which I would say is the one fault of this line of machines, but its really good stuff. It comes with the milk frother so you can make your own lattes and cappuccinos as well. And from power on to completion is less than 20 seconds so its amazing. And unlike Keurig, the pods are recyclable. They include a bag to ship them back to Nespresso for free. Overall great machine, easy to use, good coffee.

The machine is worth every penny. The coffee is amazing. Frother is also great. Pods are a little expensive but worth it due to superior taste. If you order pods from Nespresso they come very quickly. I love everything about this product.

The machine itself is fantastic and brews great tasting coffee & espresso. Be prepared to purchase pods for it right away, however, because it only comes with 1 pod for each flavor of coffee/espresso.

This is my first Nespresso machine and my wife and I love this machine. it makes a great cup of coffee or espresso everytime. It is very easy to use, just fill the water (which last about 8 cups) , put in a new pod and hit the coffee button. About 20 seconds later you have a wonderful coffee. The pods are on the expensive side for coffee about $1.10 or so a cup but the quality is great. The pods are not avaliable at most places like kroger or walmart if you run out. You will need to order from Nespresso or Amazon has them. The milk heater/frother works good also. I have only used coconut milk and almond milk, but it works great and is a nice addition to the system. I would not hesitate to buy this again or recommend to a friend.
