capsules r to expensive, to much foam and not hot enough.

only disadvantage is - we can not by the coffee in a store - must order them in internet.

I shopped around and fount Best Buy had the best deal on this Nespresso. I love it.

Makes great single cup coffee but does not make it hot enough

I seen a commercial about this first. Then I was in a hotel and it had smaller version. Rushing one day, in need of coffee, I was blown away with the quality. I decided to go for it cause I really wanted high quality coffee, without having to wait in long line looking to find parking. Drive thru line are getting out of hand here in California. A month in now and I order new capsule. This machine is fast and simple. Having the milk frother separate is the way to go for cleaning and storing in refrigerator. With creamer my hot or ice coffee I have yet to find a place Match speed and quality. Noise and concerns form the aluminum capsule is only issue with this unit. Don't be so close to this when it brewing cause it's noise is comparable to a small blender. Aluminum is better then plastic but I hope it never gets in my coffee. So enjoy, We are.

I like my keurig just as well, the coffee is good, but the expense of the pods is not something I like to spend money on.

Honestly not worth the price. It makes good coffee but way to expensive. You have to put to much work into it to get the best results, and something that price should have less work. Bought a keurig instead.

The coffee doesn't come out hot enough. I wish you could purchase hot chocolate or tea as well.

I have owned various single serve coffee machines over the past several years: Tassimo, Keurig, Nespresso Latissima and now this. All I can say is that the Vertuoline tops them all. The coffee tastes great. My only gripe, though, is that the temperature is a bit cool to my liking. I sometimes find myself heating my cup for 30 seconds in the microwave.

This Nespresso machine is worth every penny. It had large storage for used pods and water reservoir. It wasn't whisper quiet but I wouldn't expect that from any Keurig/Nespresso machine that spins the coffee pods to make the coffee. It is a great purchase

This is the best coffee/espresso machine I have ever used. It is so easy, sleak and stylish and user friendly. They really set the bar high with this machine.

I was patiently waiting for my previous single-serve coffee brewer to break before making the conversion to Nespresso but when this bundle popped up as a flash sale I couldn't walk away and i don't regret jumping ship one bit. Set up was quick, brews a cup of coffee or espresso in minutes; milk frother works just as quickly. I see my coffee shop budget going to zero thanks to this baby.
