I was skeptical at first since i hate doing returns and always check reviews and research on my own but this little unit is great! Range is decent. Connection is very good and the app is great. You can block crrtain users, have a guest wifi open(which i dont anyway) and kick people off your wifi if they already have the passcode. My motorola one lasted me 12 years! So this is a great upgrade even though its been out for a while, it still works very well. Decent size and very lightweight. Easy connection as well.

I was "stuck". I'm a computer idiot. The Best Buy clerk recommended this unit for my needs. It was priced well and has worked well in my condominium townhouse since the very friendly Geek Squad® agent installed it and synced old and new Best Buy laptops to it.

Best modem router ever at best store ever
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This product is very good and has great speed and security I have always used Netgear for my computer wi-fi needs, Netgear also has the best tech support they walked me through setting up my new modem router with no problems at all and it did not take long at all, plus they had a great promotion on extended warranties . Also Best buy gave me a 15% discount just for recycling my old modem router I will be coming to Best Buy from now on for all of my modem routers and all other electronic needs they made a repeat customer out of me by their great customer service and quality of products you will not regret buying this brand and model number wireless modem router and you will get 15% discount for recycling no one else does that Best Buy is a great store that has great customer service and sell great brands and products, Thanks Best Buy!

I’m very happy with it as my other one finally but the dust. I like Netgear products and will continue to buy them in the future.

Best Modem for your money
