The performance is horrible, the support is horrible, 5g or 4g LTE is the slowest I've ever seen my phones hotspot is faster

Thank you for your review. This device is unlocked if you purchased it from NETGEAR. It should only be a locked device if you purchased it from a service provider. If you purchased your device from a service provider they will have tutorials on the configuration.

Doesnt work with tmobile... Some sort of problem working with tmobile sims.
