Awesome Extender. It extends my signal all the way to my mailbox and works great for my Tesla that receives over the air updates. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because of the price. You get what you pay for though.

I have a 3 story townhouse and had to move my office my gaming computer and my day trading computer with quad monitors downstairs from the upstairs bedroom on the 3rd floor. I lost a lot of signal strength through the rest of the house. After hooking up the device it made a world of difference in connection with the upper two levels in regards to streaming 4K videos and gaming on laptops. It covers 10k square feet

Although I didn't want to spend this much money, it totally solved our wireless coverage problems. It was easy to install and it doesn't take up any table/counter space.

I had no WIFI service in my detached garage that sets about 60 feet off to the side of my house. In the front of my house I had decent strength on the 2.4 ban but no 5.0. It took only 15 minutes or so to set it up and a lot of that time was used for a firmware update. I plugged the Nighthawk in on the wall closest to my garage. I have full WiFi signal on the 2.4 ban inside the garage with all the doors closed. In front of my house, before setting up the nighthawk, my Ring doorbell had a 76 RSSI on the 2.4 ban. I switched it to the 5.0 and it now shows a RSSI of 56. I also have 6 Ring stick up security cameras and all of them respond so much better with the much improved WiFi service all over our property. I wish I had switched to a Netgear Nighthawk a long time ago.

A Best Buy employee recommended this product to me in the store and I'm very happy with it. The setup took 10-15 minutes and was really straightforward. I've had it for 3 weeks and my WiFi has been perfect ever since. My router is in a closet on the other end of the apartment and I can finally get a good connection in the room I work in.

I am very satisfied with the Netgear Nighthawk. We purchased this to replace an older unit that failed and very impressed with the coverage area- the range is so much better than expected. It was easy to install too which was a great bonus.

I bought this extender to replace an EX6150 that was doing the job but not reaching everywhere I needed. It works great in close range but drops the signal intermittently from further away. I ended up switching back to the original that had antennas so I could point them in the right direction, that got me back to my original performance again.

Setup was relatively easy once I figured out how to sync the unit via the WPS button on my Nighthawk router. The only thing that was confusing is that there seems to be no way to determine whether the extender is connected with the 2.4 GHz or the 5.0 GHz wi-fi networks we have with our router since the instructions say both networks will be listed under the same name, which will be the first one the extender connected to.
We have a 4800 sq. ft. home with the router and cable in an upstairs office on one side of the house. We could never get Wi-Fi reception in the master bedroom downstairs or in our study, which are on the opposite side. With the extender installed about half-way through the house, the reception is pretty good. On my iPad, it's 2 out of 3 bars. Even without full bars, the speeds were pretty fast. On my husband's Microsoft Surface, signal strength was 3-4 out of 4 bars. After installing the extender, he was able to stream live TV in his study and the bedroom. Now we can get rid of the analog cable box (rented) and the TV in the study and he can watch TV on his computer so we are pleased with the extender!

When I saw the area of coverage I was rather skeptica but after careful comparison on other products I chose this one. I am very glad I did. The setup was so darned easy and absolutely no issues. The coverage is amazing and I get complete full signal through my 3000 sq ft home from one end to the other with almost no loss in speed.

I had several dead zones in my house where the wifi was very sporadic. These issues have now gone away after installing this Netgear WiFi extender. It was fairly easy to set up, and worked right away. Best $100 I've spend especially during the current shutdown with my wife, son, and I all working from our house.
