Customers recognize the Orbi 650 Series AX3000 Tri-Band Mesh Wi-Fi 6 System's ease of use, extensive coverage, and generally simple setup process as significant advantages. Many appreciate the improved range and signal strength, resulting in better performance, particularly in larger homes or areas with connectivity challenges. However, some users experienced connection issues and occasional firmware problems. While the system is praised for its performance and security features, the price point is a factor for some customers.

I have wanted an Orbi system for a long time. I moved into a new house with three levels and finally purchased Orbi Whole Home System. I could not be more satisfied! Easy to set up, monitor, and ensure security. I will be using the Orbi system from Netgear from here on out!

We upgraded to the Orbi mesh router system & love it. Very easy to set up & the coverage we are now getting is great. We can be about 150 yards behind the house & still have a good signal. Would buy again & highly recommend.

AWESOME!! Total coverage in our 4600 sqft home. No more frustrating buffering. Returned three spectrum cable boxes so it'll more than pay for itself in the long run. TOTALLY SATISFIED!!

I would definitely recommend this product. Easy to install, and works great. My favorite feature is the ability to control all of my kids devices and when they can connect to internet, it makes it so easy

This is my second round of Orbi WiFi systems. The first gave us many years of service, so when it did finally fail, we went out and purchased the newest version of the exact same thing. Incredibly easy set-up. Excellent App for daily management. Great coverage in our large home, even when all of us are gaming, streaming, or connected to remote systems for work. Definitely recommend!

I purchased the AX3000 system with two satellites on 16 May, 2022. I just installed the system. The system is actually an AX4200 router with a couple of satellites that are of lesser range. This is verified on the router itself and the tech support guy informed me of that when I gave him the serial number. The model of the router was, like, a 750 model and the satellites were 350, which means the satellites have a lesser range than the router. I hooked up all the equipment just like the instructions said. It all was almost good. I ended up calling support, which was very helpful. We restarted everything and the guy walked me through everything. My Orbi app would not work because I had "created" a Netgear account because the previous day I had messaged tech support to ask a question prior to purchase, so they created an account for me, but I had no password. The Orbi app wanted a password. Should not have been an issue. There was a button to sign in with a "one time" password that they would email to me. The email never came. I ended up going to the "set up a new account" feature and acting like I "forgot your password". I put in my email address and they sent me a code which let me "change my password", which was really just making one in the first place. Let me say though, the tech guy already had me online with all my equipment working before I finally fixed the App a couple hours later. He helped me get in and change the SSID to my old wifi system name and password, and then all my devices (except for a couple) automatically connected. The couple that didn't connect were easy to fix. I just had to select the network name from the list that came up, as it usually does when you search for a nearby network to join. The most fabulous part was that my SimpliSafe security system joined automatically after I made my SSID name and password the same as the old wifi system. My cameras joined as well. I was really worried they would not. My total time with tech support was a bit over an hour (waiting for apps to process and modems and routers to boot up). The process was smooth and the tech guy knew what he was doing. Now, I get 350 to 400 megs per second download in most of the rooms in my house. Some are close to 200 in the furthest rooms where the signal has to go through a couple of walls. Before, with my Apple Extreme router, I was getting 1 or 2 megs per second in the furthest rooms away from the router. The mesh solves all that. My speed I purchased from Spectrum is the 400 meg download plan. So, the Netgear mesh, so far, does what it says it will do (just not the "hooks up in 15 minutes" part). It would hook up in 15 minutes if all went as advertised. I expected it would take longer as these things always do.

The Orbi mesh removed the many deadzones in my house. The only negative is that it should have worked when the base was connected directly to the modem, but it wouldn't and I had to use my existing ASUS router in between.

This product was easy to install and gives us the bandwidth for 4 people who stream TV, videos, online gaming and use multiple online devices. Internet tech said that the 2 satellites were probably overkill, but we have coverage on all 3 floors of our home now.

This is my second generation of Orbi mesh. My 2108 set had just one satellite, and this added the one more I need to fill new spaces. These are elegant in appearance I think. The photos let you decide on that. The installation was smooth. My prior Orbi solved an enduring struggle we had for 6 years with AirPrint from iPhones. The problem just dissolved. So I was glad the problem stayed away also with this new one.

This is an excellent solution for a larger one story home that is spread out to make sure gaming, working and streaming can be done effortlessly. I am by no means computer savvy but the ease and simplicity of the setup of these is almost effortless. just over 3000 sq ft home with a Primary bedroom and office on one far side of the home and secondary bedrooms and another office on the other far side with a family room on the other end and this allows all that are connected to have easy seamless access.

This is my second Orbi router. The first one lasted 4 years and then mysteriously stopped working. No idea why. No issues leading up to it not working either.
Always a fast connection. Never any gaps in coverage in the house. I live in a 96 year old log cabin that has had many additions so getting a system with coverage everywhere over 3 floors was very important especially with gaming. I would completely recommend this system even with the issue I had.
