    Idk if this has happened to anyone else but my phone gel while it was inside of this case and it completely shattered the glass on the back of my phone

    Company does not honor their warranty. It’s easy to say you offer a lifetime warranty and it certainly factors in when making a purchase. However when the on / off button fell off of my iPhone 11 case before 6 months, I called up for my replacement case they had promised at purchase. I have spent 4 months getting the run around. At first I thought they were simply having clerical issues but as time went on it became clear that their entire warranty program is based on wearing you down, pre charging for shipping the replacement that never comes, lost claims and starting the process over and over so that you finally give up. I never write these kind of reviews, but this is one I felt obligated to write to stop others out there, who are considering Nimbus, from spending your hard earned money on another company who is glad to take it from you but could care less about keeping you as a customer.

    DO NOT BUY Mine broke within a week and has to fight with the company to get another one. Garbage product and garbage customer service
