I’m absolutely in LOVE with this machine. It makes it so simple to make espresso. I haven’t even used all the features like making cold brew and coffee yet love the frother and the fact that it has milk type adjustments.

First off I should note that I really like Ninja products. My kitchen has a number of them. Secondly I work professionally in food service, including as a barista. The machine I use at work is a fully automatic programmed for Starbucks coffee. Thus far I am really enjoying the Ninja Luxe Cafe. I had been debating the purchase for some time, and decided to take the plunge. The construction of the device feels pretty good. Yes, there are plastic pieces but that is true of most machines anymore, including the overpriced one I use for work. The machine has all the little touches I've come to expect from a Ninja product. Things like the little storage areas for the parts, the heavy duty feeling pieces, and the generally straightforward screen design. The grinder built into the machine seems to be pretty good quality. It's easy to dial in the grind. The funnel setup that it uses makes tamping easy, and I really like the setup for that. The machine pulls good shots, at least on par with the machine I use at work. The milk steamer with the whisk in the bottom makes very consistent foam, though not the best for 'art'. You can manually steam the milk if that is an issue for you though. I have not yet used the full range of features, but the core ones (making lattes and other standard hot drinks) has worked great for me. Others have complained about noise, but I've found this machine to be very quiet. The grinder makes almost no noise at all, and the biggest noise is actually the beeps the machine makes (and those can be turned off). The milk steamer can not be run at the same time as the espresso shots are being pulled. I know in professional machines you can run both at once, I don't know if that's the case with home machines. The learning curve feels a lot lower with this machine than with other semi-automatic machines. Grind weight, tamping, pulling, and steaming is all very streamlined and easy for a new user. Harder to use than a standard coffee pot, sure, but much easier to use for a consistent cup than most machines. This machine is, in many ways, a very streamlined consumer version of an espresso machine without being fully automatic (and therefor costing quite a bit more). Great bargain for what it is capable of and easy to get a consistently good drink out of.

I recently purchased the Ninja Luxe Café Machine, and it has completely transformed my coffee routine! The sleek design fits perfectly on my counter, and its functionality is unmatched. The machine delivers rich, barista-quality coffee with ease, whether I’m making espresso, lattes, or a simple cup of black coffee. I love the customizable brew settings, which allow me to adjust the strength and temperature to my liking. The frother is a fantastic touch, creating creamy foam for my lattes in seconds. Cleanup is surprisingly quick and hassle-free, making it perfect for busy mornings. Overall, the Ninja Luxe Café Machine is an excellent investment for any coffee enthusiast who values quality and convenience. Highly recommend!

I have become a bit of a Ninja fan so there may be some bias here. However, this machine is excellent! It is so easy to use, clean, and maintain. I love making my protein lattes at home for minimal cost relative to your typical chain coffee shop. My biggest complaint would be the water tray. If you are lazy and don’t drain it before it’s half full it seems to spill all over the countertop. Again, this is easily avoided and should not be a factor in purchasing. Ideally they will reengineer this piece of the machine.

Fantastic machine which makes great espresso, double espresso, quad espresso, coffee, and cold brew. Frother makes great frothed milk for cappuccino and flat white/latte. Easy to use, includes everything you need to make great coffee drinks.

Researched a lot of multi purpose coffee machines for a gift for my parents. Couldn’t find everything they wanted (can’t make large pot of coffee) but it had most including espresso, cold brew, built in bean grinder, lattes, etc. Very happy with the look and functions of this machine especially at the price compared to other models that are over 1k. Makes an amazing restaurant quality espresso martini with the right ingredients, and parents love it.

I use this almost every day! I love Starbucks and Dunkin but I am 10 miles away, and at $7+ per drink it’s unsustainable to get a daily drink. I can make one (or more) every day with this machine and not even think twice about the cost! I mainly use the double espresso and cold brew. But my mom said the drip coffee tastes good. I have also used the nondairy cold foam function and it’s really fun and delicious. I have tried a separate grinder and espresso machine and I could never figure it out to make it taste good. But somehow with this smart machine it’s always perfect.

Loving this machine- I went back and forth with a few other brands and settled on this one due to how much it does for a reasonable price. Quality of the coffee and the machine are there and it’s very easy to clean.

This Ninja - Luxe Cafe Premier Espresso Machine is the fifth espresso machine I've bought in the last three years which should tell you something about the others! While I've only had the Ninja for a couple of weeks I'm confident in saying that it blows all of the others, costing up to $900, out of the water. Firstly, it's beautifully thought out and foolproof in operation, secondly, it's exquisitely made, so much so that one wonders how Ninja can do it for the price and finally it makes the best coffee drinks that I've ever had by far from a home machine. So much so in fact that I wonder how other espresso/coffee machines will be able to compete.

I was skeptical at first since this is a new product by Ninja, but I have been overly impressed by the capabilities of this machine and its product. The functionality is impressive for the price point and is definitely going to give Breville Impress a run for its money (especially since it is $200 less for better tech capabilities). As this product is new as of 2024, longevity has yet to be determined, but product support and the ability to purchase parts is good indicators. There is no doubt that this machine was a worthwhile investment and my introduction to the Ninja brand. I recommend this to any entry or everyday espresso drinkers. (P.S. this is not an optimal system for drip coffee as the grinder does not get coarse enough… but I still highly recommend it for espresso!)

I watch many videos on different espresso machine's, some costing 4 times as much as this one. But the overall reviews I saw showed that it fit my level of interest. Which is a beginner and just wanting something that really works in a simpler way. I like the look, and the size was right for me. I really like the ability to make Cold brew. The built-in auto-scale for the espresso grounds is a real help in the process when doing espresso drinks. I think it's built well and feels solid and not cheaply made. For the price it is a bargain when looking at other machines, 4 to 5 times more and actually require more expertise to use. So, if you're just wanting to learn and enjoy some of the same drinks you pay for at Starbucks $$$, now you can enjoy them at home. So, you will benefit from this Ninja Luxe. The one little side note is the hard water test you'll need, which Ninja provides 2 test strips, showed my faucet filter had 3 out of 5 marks which is not a good sign. This will require regular cleanings of the machine. BUT, I tested a bottle of store bought water and the test had 0 out of 5, so I will be using the bottled for my coffee, and hopefully reduce the need to clean the unit at all. Do realize that you'll need to have specific blends for your types of drinks. Espresso does need a dark roast whole bean blend, that says Espresso on the bag, if you want real flavor. Then you need to flush out those grounds which this machine will do, so you can put other blends for different coffee, which also will show you automatically what your grind settings should be, so helpful you'll come to find out, rather that weighing and doing that on your own, and this machine keeps that info in its memory banks, based on the weights of the types of roasts you use. The professionals are really picky about any machine that cost less than 5K, but if you're a nubie, you really will not miss the extra's you could get by spending 5K. Hope this helps your decision.

I’m enjoying my new cafe barista system. The classic coffees come out super hot, which is a must for me. The only somewhat negative comment I have is the expresso option. Although I have the setting in r he highest heat level , the coffee heat level isn’t what I expected once it falls on the demitasse cup and you bring it up to sip. On the other hand mixing it as a latte or cappuccino, it works out just fine.

Bought this as a christmas gift for my sister. She is obsessed! As am I. Whenever I visit she whips me up a delicious coffee. Extremely convenient and efficient. Straight forward to use in the comfort of home. I would recommend this to anyone who loves coffee and would prefer not to make daily treks to a shop or cafe.
