It was a gift for my girl and she loves it! After setting it up we took a trip to grab a variety of pods and this Ninja did NOT disappoint. It also has a reusable filter for the ground coffee one would use if they were so inclined. Sleek and slender so it fits anywhere.

I've been using this machine for three weeks and my only regret is that I didn't buy it several years ago. The hot coffee and iced coffee options both make delicious coffee. It's easy to use and to clean after use. I use it with coffee grounds and not k cups. Don't hesitate to buy this machine.

Very good coffee maker I would recommend buying it if your drink cold/hot coffee

This is a great machine for the price. I love the size of it because it fits nicely on my countertop without taking up much space. The height fits nicely underneath the cupboard above and I’m able to lift the lid to insert the coffee pod without moving it from under the cupboard. The water reservoir is a good size and easy to fill also without having to move the machine. I love that it has the option to use your own coffee without using a pod and that function works very well. The milk froth or is easy to use and does a decent job. Overall, I have no complaints after owning this machine for about 4 months. We own several other ninja products and are happy with all of them.

I was a dedicated Nespresso user, but grew weary of their finicky machines and missing out on coffee outside of their brand. While I’ll probably never use the pod side of this maker, I love the size customizability and the attached frother. I was a little suspicious of the reusable filter, but it’s a much less messy feature than I thought!

Easy to use and love the features. Item did malfunction after a few months but Ninja did offer replacement parts and now working as needed again.

I like that it is compact, was under $80, basic Keurig pods, and has a cold option and also a frothed. The frother is in a plastic encasement and I wish it didnt, also the frother doesn't spin fast enough, they could have made it a little stronger power.

I had a Keurig coffee maker for 9 months and it stopped working. I had even purchased a protection plan and was told that model is no longer made. I replaced it with the Ninja coffee maker that does both K-cups and Ground coffee and I LOVE it. No problems whatsoever and even with a protection plan, it was less expensive.

I love it, it is simple and easy to use and easy to clean; its size is perfect for small kitchens.

It's a perfect housewarming gift or a dorm room addition to the coffee lover in your life. It takes K-cups and ground coffee with a built-in frothing arm. The iced option is my favorite because you can easily take ANY K-cup or ground coffee into a perfect iced coffee. Just be careful to keep the moving parts clean. And mind the magnet in the basket parts. Ours dropped out after a few months of use but we found it, thankfully.

I love this thing. The different settings are super easy to use. The milk frother is super easy to take off and clean. The water filler just clicks off. Everything is super convenient and easy to use. It even has a progress bar to show you how long you have to wait. The stand where the cup sits also moves up so your drink doesn't splash everywhere in smaller cups.

This machine is Great does everything you need!! Hot coffee, macchiato, espresso, Matcha, iced coffee, you name it it does it!!

Works great. Use to make coffee and hot chocolate. It whips milk nicely. Also use to make flavored ice coffees. Then bought one for my son . He enjoys fresh coffee everyday. But I used pods. I recommend this coffee maker. Purchased on sale at Best Buy very reasonably priced.

Absolutely amazing coffee maker! I love it!! Prior to this, I owned a Keurig K-cup machine for about 6 years. I actually like my new Ninja coffee maker even more! I love all of the extra features the Ninja one comes with at a MUCH better price point than the Keurig brand. Definitely recommend this one!

The is slim and compact so it doesn't take up much counter space. It has several different brewing modes ranging from iced coffee to a specialty mode that is great for cappuccinos, latte's ECT. It also comes with a frother if you're feeling fancy. This machine can give you coffee shop quality and flavor at a fraction of the cost.

I bought this to replace another brand and I couldn't be happier. Minimal counter space, yet it's powerful. I love the options- haven't used all of the features yet (frother, speciality coffee); love that you can make coffee rich or classic
