    I took my time deciding on this purchase because I already own a Wii and I wanted to get one to set up at my mother's house. I wanted to pay a low price but I didn't want a system with any third-party accessories (which is something that plagues used consoles on other online stores). She didn't need GameCube support so I don't mind what version it is but I preferred the black case. I had seen an older (GameCube compatible) version of the Wii system a couple months ago for less than the price of this one but they very quickly ran out of stock. So when I finally saw this one pop up I knew this was the deal. Turned out that one of the accessories was defective, but phone support took care of me immediately, including emailing me a return shipping label! Thanks for that! Now my gift for my mom is right as rain!

    this wii didnt work at all. I tried everything to get it to power on and it would not. I had to then return it to a local best buy where i was informed that they didnt have replacements available in store or online. So now i have a $100 gift card and must wait till another is available.
