Good tablet except for bloatware
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Nokia T20 tablet is a good fit for me. (Upgrading from an LG G Pad 10.1 - the original one.) It has enough storage for the games I enjoy playing and works well for watching videos. The sound is much better than I expected. It was easy to set up. For the price, it is a very nice tablet. I have been using it for almost a month with no issues. 2 complaints: 1st- the amount of bloatware the device came with and the inability to uninstall some big storage hogs-like YouTube Kids. (I am 54 yrs. old.) All I could do was disable. Wish I had the storage back instead. It would be nice if it came with the option to load these items or not since they are geared to a specific clientele. 2nd - how the item was shipped. I ordered it shipped to home and it came in a padded postal packing envelope! The tablet arrived severely damaged -requiring a 70 mile drive (round trip) to our closest Best Buy store to exchange it. The exchange went smoothly, but since the item was not in stock - a new tablet had to be shipped - this time to the store (requiring another 70 mile drive (round trip) to pick it up a week later!) If you have the option of store pick up - choose it the first time!

Great value at this price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not powerful but provides good performance. 2yrs of OS updates and 3yrs of security patches. Much better than the Fire tablets and you get access to the Google Play Store.
