We purchased this to begin working on our Will and a possible Trust. Fairly easy to use and input. Be prepared to spend a little time working out details that you may not have thought about, and check to see how your state handles wills.

We last updated our wills at least 15 years ago, and now is not a reasonable time to make a trip to a lawyer's office to review the details. But the prior lawyer has retired, so it would be a lot of face to face time, and against our desire to "shelter in place" and not seek out contacts with new people not in our home unit. So when this was a "Deal of The Day" it was a bargain and timely way to review and update. And when we are "free to move about the state", find a new attorney to finalize details, we will have already worked through a lot of issues, and will lessen the billable hours to get updated wills in place, which will easily cover the cost of the software. The fact that it was Mac compatible was also crucial.

I've used this before and it works just great for setting up a will. I did it for my mom and dad and when i was done i compared it to the old on the Lawyer did for them and other than all the changes (stuff they no longer had to leave) it looked just like the Will they paid a lot of money to have done.

Software is very user-friendly and easy to work with. There's a wizard that walks you through the process and there are many examples provided to help you complete each document correctly. The software even provides access to a PDF book that covers everything is great detail. If you don't have anything extremely complicated, it'll be quite easy to work with and understand.

My family needed an updated will and this product for the bill. I just followed easy to answer questions, and was able to print out all of the docs I needed to get everything in line. Once notarized, we were updated and I can sleep easier now. If you can do your taxes with H&R Block of TurboTax, you can do this. It is easy. Highly recommended.

I needed to create a new living trust for the one property I own, but I didn't want to go to an attorney during this crisis. I decided to get WillMaker & Trust 2020 to create a really simple trust. It looks like it created a trust good enough to avoid probate. It's not very configurable if you have special conditions that you want to put in, though. The Will creation looks better, with a little more configurability. There's an Advance Health Care Directive generator also, which looks pretty decent. Overall, it's decent if you know what you need to do, and your situation is really simple, but if it's more complicated, you should probably consult an attorney.

Not a big fan of creating my own will but the guidance was helpful. Still need to consult an attorney for verification I filled out all needed forms...but it’s a start.

This program helped me and my husband get pc. of mind and helped us save bucket loads of money. We now have all of our affairs in order.

While it has been quite awhile since we prepared our original wills, we thought it was time to update them. This software was easy to use and prepare such an important set of documents.

Using this program is quite easy. So far I have only used the will part, but plan on using the other parts of it to plain my estate.

Haven't really gotten into the nuts and bolts of it yet, but it seems to do everything needed. Definitely worth the money.
