I picked this up when it was on sale - $800 off, reviews were stellar and the bike has lived up to expectations. Would definitely recommend!!! Only issue I have is w the seat - you need cushion and those right biker shorts w the butt padding for sure.

I have been wanting to get this bike and finally after I got the TOTAL TECH membership was able to purchase is $600 less with not just 30 days but 1 year membership! They got it assembled for me and ready to just create the account with iFIT. I want to say i got the most recent model it connect with wifi. Donot get worked up because it’s not the latest, products change slightly from 1 to 2 years. One thing I can say is the set up of the iFIT account was confusing for me because I have an iPhone and the bike operates with android. I connected with iFIT customer support and they got back to me the next day helped me figured it out. Now for those reviews that state is not not firm enough is because they didn’t do the assembly the correct way. That’s one reason I got it delivered and assembled.

1. After not finding a iFit subscription voucher I was told by the customer support desk that the 1-yr iFit subscription included is an error in the website so I will not be getting the subscription.
2. The left handlebar incline control does not work. Customer service is sending a new switch, but the issue is not the switch since it works when I move it to the right side.
3. Polar heart rate strap does not automatically pair with bluetooth.
4. The wait time to speak with someone is at least 1 hour.
5. I paid for premium repair service, but was told it will take several weeks before someone will come out
Poor service, faulty equipment, I wish someone would just come to pick this bike up and give me a full refund. If BestBuy cares they will do something about this!

Nordictrack S15i exercise bike not really impressive at all. During my second workout, left crank arm broke off with the screw coming out. Definitely fixable, but an issue like this 2 rides in is unacceptable. Wouldn't be so much of an issue if there had been a lot of cycling hours. Plastic parts gives this bike a cheap feel, and the resistance-incline/decline buttons are poorly places (on the handlebar). 100 PERCENT returning this bike!!!

Love this bike! I had some issues with the screen about a year after purchase which was luckily covered under my warranty, but it was fixed and I haven't had any issues since! I love using the iFit program with it, but would recommend an extended warranty.

We bought this bike when it looked like the gyms weren't going to be available and needed something that simulated spin classes that my wife and I were used to.
We assembled the bike ourselves, which wasn't that difficult. Honestly, moving it from our truck to the room in the house where it was being set up was by far the hardest part due to heavy weight and dimensions.
As for the most important feature, the bike rides like a dream. We did change out the pedals right away to clipless, but that is a minor issue but it makes a big difference. The stock pedals are pretty crappy. The bike is so quiet and smooth. If has a good stiff frame, with a little flex when you are standing. But even with the small flex while riding in a standing position, it feels very similar to a standard road bike. The incline/decline is a way better feature than I imagined.
The iFit studio classes haven't been too impressive, but I love all the different outdoor rides. At first, I thought the outdoor stuff was going to be fairly corny, but after I tried my first one, I was immediately hooked and haven't done any other type of class since then.
Some features that are great that pushed me to get this bike: The built-in fan is awesome! Makes such a difference having a fan right there all the time when you need it. I am also preferential to digital resistance. I like clicking a button to adjust instead of spinning a dial. The quick buttons on the side of the screen are awesome too. Finally, I didn't know it when I bought it, but there is an audio-in port on the of the screen. This is great because I can do the outdoor rides and set it up so that it is the instructors voice but my own music playing. This is an awesome feature. I get to hear the class, but get the music I like that keeps me pumped up.
There are a few upgrades that would be cool to have - but they are rather minor complaints. First, it would be great to have an option to listen to classes on on headphones through a built-in bluetooth. You can get around this by using a bluetooth adapter, but it wouldn't be hard for NT to just have it as a built-in functionality. Second, it would be nice to be able to watch Netflix or other streaming while riding. Everyone once in a while, you want to do a long relaxing ride and watching a movie is a great way to pass the time. Finally, it would be nice to have a little built-in shelf or basket to hold my phone while I am riding. The water cup holder is too shallow, so my phone falls out easily. Like I said earlier... these are minor gripes! Overall, we are incredibly happy with this purchase and glad we chose this bike over some of the other similar bikes on the market.

Best Buy just began offering this type of equipment, so little information was available at time of purchase. It required much research on my part. This review details my entire experience with tips to help you avoid the problems I encountered. Note: I am new to indoor cycling so my experience may differ significantly from more knowledgeable cyclers. I hope you find this helpful.
Retailer choice: I chose to purchase this item from Best Buy instead of from NordicTrack directly. NT requires a professional delivery and installation service for $250. Best Buy offered free delivery and installation as part of an Independence Day sale.
Delivery and installation: It was easy to arrange a delivery time that fit my schedule. I received courtesy email reminders from Best Buy and a phone call the night before delivery. Two technicians arrived on time. The actual installation experience was interesting. The techs were very polite and friendly; however, they weren't happy about carrying the large box to my basement. It took them only an hour to unpack and assemble. I lost confidence after overhearing them debate the directions. The handles and console were loose and wobbled when I inspected the bike. At first, they tried to convince me this was by design. I pushed them to double-check the directions. Once they fixed the problem, everything functioned correctly.
The Equipment: This cycle is well built. It is heavy and sturdy. Tip: Buy a pad in advance. The cycle will leave marks on your carpet. Try to assemble it exactly where you want it. While the small tires make it easy to move, the weight created permanent indentations in my floor pad below. The cycle is almost silent. I heard a soft swishing sound, but it went away after a few days. The built-in fan is a great feature. It is the only sound you might notice. The cycle is narrow but always feels secure. The video display is crisp, and clear. Colors are vivid and bright. Tip: Keep a towel nearby to wipe your hands. Sweaty hands can reduce the responsiveness of the touch screen. The audio is clear, with adequate volume control. Incline and decline changes are smooth but loud. There is also a loud click as mechanisms lock into place. Resistance changes are smooth and surprisingly silent. I am pleased with the overall quality.
For more experienced riders, this model allows you to swap out the seat and pedals with your preferred equipment.
iFit Subscription: The equipment includes a complimentary 1-year family membership to the iFit training service. This membership allows you to add up to 5 accounts, giving each family member personalized access to the service. The cost is currently $39 per month (or $33/month if you pay for the full year in advance). Don't be intimidated by the subscription price if you are the only user. They don't advertise well the individual plan for $15 per month. This plan is regularly on sale for $12/month.
iFit Activation: The only problems I have encountered so far were in trying to activate iFit. Neither Best Buy nor the NordicTrack manual explains how to get your free 1-year membership. It took hours on the phone involving both companies, multiple departments, and eight different agents to solve this problem. Here is what to do: 1) Wait 24 hours after installation for an email from Best Buy containing an activation code for iFit. If you don't receive this email, call Best Buy and tell them you need their code master to generate an iFit code. 2) Do NOT attempt to activate your membership directly from the cycle console. The console prompts you to pay. Instead, visit the iFit.com and click on the REDEEM button at the top. If you can't find the button, create an account. Then, navigate to the billing section of your account settings. Locate the section labeled "promo/activation code." Enter your code and click redeem. 3) Turn on your cycle and log in to your account on the welcome screen.
iFit Training: I have been happy with the iFit training library. They offer both indoor gym group classes and outdoor trail and city rides. I enjoy the trail rides because the scenery is beautiful and feels less like training. The trainers also offer facts about the scenery. You can create a personalized route using Google Maps. This option displays a slideshow of street photos from the Google database, not video. Your membership includes the entire iFit library, not just cycling videos. The rotating console enables you to watch yoga videos from the floor or lifting videos from the bench. You can also access the library from your computer, phone, or tablet. I experience occasional lag during videos. I'm not sure if it is a problem with my wifi or device buffering. The system also locks up when exiting a video before the training session has ended.

The only reason this does not get a five is the touchscreen user interface can be sluggish or choppy. Otherwise set up with a little bit of muscle was easy, instructions were well laid out, and the wife and I have been using it for about five weeks with no complaints other than the sluggish interface. But if you want to avoid the sluggish interface just do a manual start instead of using the programs built into the iFit.

We have had our NordicTrack S15i for one month today. I ordered it on Friday and it was delivered on Monday. Assembly was easy. I did have my son help balance the monitor while I screwed it onto its base. So far we have three people using it and love it! No issues at all. We received the free one year family membership for iFit which covers up to five people. It is a great fitness app. I did a large amount of research before making my decision and could not find anything comparable. The NordicTrack studio cycles are completely interactive. If you are going up a hill the bike front goes up on hydraulics. It also automatically increases and decreases resistance where appropriate. You do have the ability to override the automatic resistance changes but they do keep you honest with your workouts. I would definitely buy again!

Very good bike. It was easy to assemble (all by myself). The bike isn't enormous and rides very smoothly and quietly. The 15in screen is plenty large enough. Decent looking graphics. Seems pretty equal to the Peleton bike. The only downside is the seat. I'm pretty slim, but it needs to be a little wider and a LOT softer. Get an alternate more comfortable saddle or get a cushioned seat cover because you WILL need it

I purchased from Best Buy instead of direct from Norictrack because they were able to price match and also offered free shipping. I received the bike in 7 days and everything went perfect. The delivery was completed by GeekSquad and they were top notch. The 250lb box was carefully delivered and brought inside my home which was nicer than the typical driveway delivery by other companies. The bike itself is phenominal. I chose this model over the 22Si due to the cost difference. It does all the same things as the expensive model, only difference is the screen size (14" instead of 22"). I also picked the Norictrack over the Peleton and Proform models due because it is the only one that has active incline and decline (like a treadmill), That was the feature that sold me on this brand. I love the iFit that came with it (1 year) and I don't think the bike would be as fun without the trainers and excellent ride options provided. If you are already into fitness, but new to cycling (like me), the saddle will take you about a week or so to get used to. After about 10 days of somewhat painful riding, I have finally hit that sweet spot and it's smooth sailing from here. Loving every minute!!!

I really enjoy the challenges and the iFit rewards that are available for completing workouts. It is very motivating.
The bike came, free delivery from Best Buy $250 to order from NordicTrack directly. Assembly was easy and done within an hour. Very sturdy. Both me and my husband use it. The left crank kept falling off. I opened a warranty replacement part. It took 15 minutes to fill it out and submit a photo. They sent the part within a week. I was impressed with how easy that was and how fast it came. After replacing it. I’ve had absolutely no issues. So I do recommend to my friends and family and am overall very happy.

This bike is incredible and has already made a difference in the few weeks that I have owned it with just 10 out of 12 Hawaii series workouts completed! I had this item shipped and while the delivery took a little bit of time to go out it came well packaged and by a reasonable date. I assembled it myself and while it did not take very long to assemble it is quite heavy. If you are planning to have your unit upstairs it might be worth it to have the delivery team help you. Also worth noting is that all the pieces are packed so well in the styrofoam that if you are not careful you could accidentally throw an important piece away. I did not, however, I could have if I was on a call and not paying close attention.
The screen, while smaller than the S22i, is still large enough for most people to enjoy and it saved over $500 just by stepping down from the S22i. I also liked that it came with a 1 year iFit membership which saves around $40 per month or around $480 per year. The selling point for me was also the incline decline feature which none of the other bikes really have and quite honestly this feature makes you feel like you are going up or down hill by automatically adjusting the incline decline as well as the resistance. My only real complaint is not being able to sync my Apple Watch/Fitness directly to iFit. You can still enter in the information manually or just turn on your watch manually but it would still be nice if both systems automatically communicated with none another in case you forget to wear your watch or just want to see all of your activities in general. A minor complaint for a product that is truly incredible and a great value!

We bought this for my wife and she is enjoying this bike. The ride is smooth and the program choices are extensive! You can even make your own route if you choose to. It's a very quiet bike except for a clicking noise that it makes, but it's not loud. The pivoting screen is great when you're doing multiple exercises during a session. Adjusting the seat height is easy though you have to hand tighten it so you need to make sure it's really in place.

I love this bike. The pedaling is so smooth with no lag even when standing. Compared to in studio bikes this is superior in my opinion due to the smoothness, transition in resistance and incline.
My only complaint is the seat. First, the seat that comes with it is so painful, but at some point you can work through it. Second, the way it attaches to the post if bad design. You can't switch it out to most seats due to the way the seat attaches. Also, the seat moves up and down no matter how you tighten. So I took others advice and put a ball between the seat and the frame which keeps it from moving.
Also - my bike came with no shut-off switch. So I have to unplug every time. Seems like adding this is very inconsistent between the same models.
All considered still very happy with this bike and the classes offered through iFit.
