My wife and I both love using it. The only thing I would suggest is paying the extra money for them to put it together. It took us about 2 hours to put it together. It has been a pain getting the blue tooth added.

I really like this treadmill; however, the iFIT is a must have in order to get the full experience of the equipment. I love this feature but it can be expensive. I got the full year subscription prepaid it and was on the phone with a customer service representative for 2 hours. I used it for a week and then another “pop up” informing me that I had to pay again. Once again I was on hold with that customer service representative for another hour of my life that I wasted. Hopefully, this time it is resolved.

It was affordable and my whole family uses it to exercise. Its nice to have a piece of equipment at home instead of going to a gym or outside. It's especially nice to have when it's too cold out to go walking/running outdoors. Would definitely reccomend it.
