This was an excellent deal for a great price! Nordvpn has always been reliable. It's one, if not, the fastest VPN I ever had. Total Privacy and never had an account hacked with them. A very simple interface to Navigate!

Got this as a digital download and once it finally came it's just ok. I'll give it 4/5 because it's just ok. It is truly easy to use, point and click, but has its issues too. I'm using windows 7 so maybe that's why but it just slows my speed down and crashes my system but like I said it could be my old version of windows. So if you have Win10+ it may be the perfect fit. Beyond all that it does what it says it does, gives you multiple devices to use it on, and is pretty straight forward. Out of all the vpn's there are this one is worth getting.

Cons: Network Speeds: While security was paramount, the VPN caused a significant reduction in network speeds on my usual network, dropping from 100 Mbps to 30/20 Mbps. Toggle Challenges: Disabling the VPN, particularly on the iPhone, proved to be cumbersome, involving multiple steps and occasional glitches. Before purchasing, I did do research online on the top VPN's were and Nord was one of them. I saw it was on sale here so I chose to get it. Now no matter what VPN service you go with, you are going to lose speed. My internet speed is currently 100 Mbps without the VPN. No matter what I tried in the settings, the top speeds I was getting were around 40-50 Mbps. I contacted Nord help via e mail, and it took about a day to get a reply. They would send me wrong info too [I have win 7 and they were sending me steps for win 10] After about 9-10 reply's on different steps to change settings, I gave up. Although they do have excellent features, I should not have to do so many steps to try to get the speeds up. It should just work. [And none of them worked for me]. Maybe it just depends on your location for the speeds to be decent with Nord like a bigger city. If speed is important to you, then I do not recommend.

Software works fine. Connecting to the VPN is sometimes frustrating depending on which device I’m using.

Purchased a digital download of NordVPN. It won't download. Best Buy says they can't help and it's NordVPN's responsibility to assist me. I emailed Nord at the address given in the delivery email sent by Best Buy. Nord acknowledged my email requesting assistance. They asked a couple of questions, that I answered, then never responded again. I submitted several new help request and those weren't even acknowledged. I continue to try to download the product but get the same error. It has been a MONTH since I purchased this. My money was immediately taken yet I still don't have what I paid for.

In my case, i used when downloading something from unsafe website. Speed is another thing though. It has quick connection by selecting “best” server for you but it is not always best, weekend is the slowest speed no matter what server it connect to. I have service with ISP download speed at 14Mbps and the fastest when using NordVPN I can get 12Mbps, not bad. But in weekend I barely get 1Mbps

It's a VPN and does exactly what it's supposed to. Location based services pick up the location of the server I choose.

First time purchasing a VPN. Once required inputs were finally figured out, which was not exactly clear on Best Buy's part, and the Nord website initially was not accepting my code, I was able install and run without difficulties able to figure out the easy set up, no difficulties at this point. Hoping I am protected and the year of service will be hassle free.

This is a highly reliable VPN that allows surfing over the internet to be anonymous. Stream videos or music and watch any TV program. It offers excellent protection against viruses and malware. The VPN is fast and easy to navigate with multiple varieties of components to enhance your experience as a user. I would recommend it to a friend.

Lots of servers to choose from in many countries. You can select a server based on your Internet usage. My Netgear router with DD-WRT can be used as a client so that all devices connect to it are covered. Unfortunately, the connection is very slow. No matter what server in whichever county I choose, my speed is very slow. Using Speedtest.net, my upload speed is always faster than my download speed. I usually see around 10%-15% of my normal speed when the VPN is connected.

NordVPN is the go to choice for me. I've tried other VPN's and none could match the level of compatibility for different Operating systems. From Linux, MacOS, Windows, IOS, or Android. Nord works on all of them. Also, I like the ease of use, and extent of server choices, even Onion over VPN. Pretty impressive. Another note is the Kill-Switch option in the app has worked very well for me.

Is a great product and in a great price. You can use 5 pc at the same time and the speed of the server is good. I have to use it little more to make a better judgment. Overall for now is great!

Great investment, my previous VPN went out o service due to COVID sadly. But NordVPN has been great. I got it in my phone and my fire stick and the best part you can set up to connect automatically so you will never forget to turn it on. Also it’s really fast for a VPN.
