Verdict: This package from Norton offers all the features one could want for protection against viruses, and for maximum data protection and privacy. Oh, and more thing... it’s for 20 devices! Installation. After downloading the software, installation was straightforward on three computers that did not have any antivirus software. Installation on another computer that already had antivirus software from another company took an extra step; I had to remove the other software before I could complete the installation. Once installation started, it was done in just a few minutes. Once installed, all features were available immediately. Overall, installation was a breeze. Features. Among the best features, this Norton package offers real-time threat protection, secure VPN, dark web monitoring, 100GB of secure cloud backup, and a password manager. There are other fantastic features, but these are the ones I was excited about, and the ones I use most. We plan to use the VPN service every time we are on public wifi, and when traveling. Of note, the VPN does not have all countries to choose from. The dark web monitoring already has alerted me of seven instances of past information exposure on the dark web from companies I used at some point in the past. Lastly, I am using the cloud backup to keep a backup of some important documents. Things I like: - Abundant and excellent features that every computer should have - Licenses for 20 devices! - Very easy installation Things I don’t like: - One country I wanted to use as the origin of my VPN was not available. I used another country nearby and I was still able to do what I needed to do. Overall, this package provides significant value by packaging a bundle of excellent features for 20 devices. I highly recommend this Norton package to maximize the protection of your computer, your data, and your privacy.

The Norton 360 Platinum 2022 consist of basic protection while being in Internet via desktop, notebook or mobile devices. Its installation is simple as soon as download and providing the product key, then the normal account setting if already it is created. The VPN allow to select what region or use the default as it automatically select depending from where connecting the internet. In this aspect, comes to notice that in iOS devices, as selecting the region it shows what city which in Windows doesn’t include such details. The Dark Web Monitoring seems to works without knowing its detail. For instance my email that was part list hacked from online services I use, Norton had detected my information and notify me. That is a bit scare to be, but Norton only offer as awareness and for action to take Norton request to pay extra to remove from the dark web. In this aspect I feel sort of being cornered with personal information compromised and Norton offering service but with extra charge, and not having how it is guarantee is removed totally doesn’t make feel secure. Another observation on using on mobile phone. Not sure if it has to do using with iOS, but constantly the connectivity change from WiFI to cellular data as soon as stop using the phone. It only switch back to WiFI while opening any application. Aside of aforementioned details at high level, it works appropriately from non expert but regular user.

Summary: Great protection for PC, Mac and more. It is more useful on desktop platforms than mobile in my opinion but many will find some utility. Lots of cloud backup and extra bonuses. I used the Platinum version which has 20 licenses. Pros: Good interface Peace of mind Lots of extras LOTS of licenses Cons: Some settings buried in menus Battery drain on mobile Back up slow Installation: Downloading from the website is easy. So is activation by simply entering your key. Once installed you will need to restart the computer and setup basic features such as scan frequency, back up folders, VPN, password manager and more. Not all features are required to be set up. Use: It's always hard to say how effective the software is since I am not trying to actively download any threats but no complaints in security from my point. If you are a crypto miner, as with most security software you will need to use exemptions to prevent the software from blocking and placing your program in quarantine. This is somewhat cumbersome since you have to dig through a few menus to get there. Cloud backup is useful for important folders but I found it slow to backup. But, it adds Peace of mind. The interface UI is pleasant and relatively easy to get around. All major items have their own menu screen for further tinkering. Mobile: I really like the features I. The android and iOS app security scanning is more prevalent in Android since iOS does not allow such scans but both versions allow for VPN/ secure wifi features. The app will detect if you are in an insecure network and automatically switch you to a VPN. Keep in mind I noticed lower battery life when on a VPN since I am guessing it keeps the app awake to keep the connection present. I also noticed increased location use on Android installations. Mac: I also installed the app on my Mac Mini with great results. The software has come a long way over the years and mostly mirrors the PC version with its interface. No complaints here. Setup has a few more steps since Mac OS requires password inputs or touch ID to change OS settings.

Been buying Norton (special?) 'packaging of Norton 360 Platinum for many years. Our family includes me/wife/daughters/8 grandkids (yes, 8!!) and nowadays EVERY one has at least one device (2 year old has tablet!). So protection for 20 devices gets swallowed up real fast. So why NOT keep buying (for same price) at Amazon?? AND Amazon's is for 15 MONTHS (vs BB's 12 months). So? GEEK SQUAD!! Definitively worth the 'loss' of the extra 3 months. With Amazon, you get the digital key and hearty "Good Luck". If you are a 'techno-inept' GrumpyOleMan like me, you always have to (HAD to) rely on Norton's call center...which means chat with foreign call center. My Best Buy Concierge was ALSO foreign (Philippine's) & yet could NOT have been more assistive, incredibly well spoken & understandable (better'n me!!) and provided the ONLY seamless transition I've ever encountered!! Furthermore, I've had this 'package' for a few years (UNAVAILABLE thru Norton.com!!) using no more than 15 devices....without ANY Norton.com product to provice more coverage than 10....was always worth it to protect all I had...even when only requiring 15. Superior deal to cover ALL your devices AND be able to quickly receive superb Best Buy Geek Squad assistance. Okay, okay; it wasn't really 'assistance' as Daniel did ALL the heavy lifting!! But NO trouble, cussing, worrying; and everyone is safe for another year for well-discounted rate.

I have purchased Norton 360 Platinum Antivirus Internet Security for years, and I'm very satisfied. I think it offers a range of important services, including VPN and dark web monitoring, and provides a complete report that is easy to understand. The graphics are nicely presented and clear. This is the first time I purchased the software from Best Buy, however, not directly from Norton online, and my savings were substantial. Also, some services were removed from the single Norton subscription over the years and are now sold separately, creating ongoing ads to buy more and leading to concerns that Norton 360 Platinum is incomplete. I'm thinking security is reliable, but computer updates and management, such as driver updates, may be lacking, but I'm no expert. I'm a repeating customer, and so far Norton has met my needs.

This is my go to antivirus software...I've been using it so many years that i really have no idea how long...Never had any problems with my computers with virus as long as it's updated and running in the background...doesn't slow my computer down either...i would not think of using another antivirus product ...it now has many extra add-ons to protect in other areas ...My opinion...YOU CAN'T BEAT THIS ANTIVIRUS

Great value and easy to install. Auto-renew is a bit of a pain and expensive. Frequent Norton pop-up advertisements. Worth it because Norton has successfully protected all my devices for years.

I am not the most tech-savvy person but the Norton 360 was extremely easy to set up on my computer. It can cover up to 20 devices. You can either email or text it to yourself (or a family member if you are including them) and it sends a link for easy sharing. It provides 100GB of cloud back up which is needed! I always run out of storage space. It is easy to do a quick scan of your computer and then it suggests what needs "fixing". That is also extremely easy to do. It provides a VPN for extra security and privacy. I had to look up what that does- basically it hides your IP address and encrypts your internet connection. It allows you to avoid being tracked. This is particularly useful when on public WiFi networks. It also checks for software updates that are needed to keep your computer running smoothly. Norton also checks the "dark web" for your information to be sure that someone isn't trying to steal your information. Norton can also let you know if someone is trying to access your camera. That alone is worth the cost! I don't want someone spying on me through my camera! Lastly, one option that I haven't used yet is a password manager. My computer already keeps the passwords I want secure and easily accessible so I have not activated that part of the plan (yet), but I may try it out and see how it runs.

Too many ads, but so far it's kept us secure. And with Best Buy, we got a good deal.

I needed something that I could protect a family of devices, this was the one. I’ve installed on PC’s, iPhone’s, iPads. This does a great job protecting from viruses and malware. It also has a VPN that I can use in unprotected WiFi networks.

Been using Norton for years and it's great. Block so many virus threats from my devices. This year I upgraded to Norton 360 with it many great features, especially free VPN. Best time to buy is around Black Friday for the great discount.
