This is a great card. I currently have this running on an ASUS z87- Pro, with a i7 4770K CPU overclocked to 4.4GHz. I plan on picking up another to run in SLI shortly. This is not the top of the line card, but I felt 770 had the best value for top end cards, I am very happy with my decision.

I was thinking about getting the GTX 780Ti but said i didnt want to spend $300 more.Cause if You are running more than 2 monitors or 4K monitors then the GTX 780Ti will be perfect for you. This card can run almost everything at @60FPS.Also in the future you can always get another one of these cards and run them in SLI which will be powerful. Thanks for your Time

Amazing Card For the Price

I wanted a card that could do triple monitors out of the box and this beast was on sale. Just make sure you have a big enough PSU for it. I have the 600 watt minimum that it calls for but this thing is hungry for power. It works fine with the 600 but when running triple monitor display at 5760X1080 I feel like she just needs a little more power. Im going to upgrade to an 850 watt power supply and test again. Other than that, the card preforms far better than I would have ever expected. The set-up and software is really easy to use.;

Great Card For latest games

i bought this card to replace my old good gigabyte geforce gtx 560 that have always been good for my photo and video editing software then some games. the performance more than double of my old card, the build quality is awesome! i wish it was cheaper thoo, i feel like the packaging could cut the price by 20 or more if they use some normal quality material and not so fancy exclusive box. but overall, very satified with it. it runs all of my photo and video editing softwares better than before and most of the latest games(ie tomb raider, batman arkham origins) in max settings with pretty good frame rate (no less than 30 and average 50fps on tomb raider in every little settings cranked up to the maxx!)hoping to get another one in 6 mthns for sli mode. price dont lie i guess, you get what you pay for. but if you want some slightly cheaper alternative, but perform almost the same in every aspect (maybe?) check the amd xfx radeon r9 280x!
just for reference heres my Rigs:
- gigabitega-x79-ud3 updated bios
- i7 3820 3.6 turbo boost to 3.8ghz stock quad core
- nvidia geforce gtx 770
-1tb blue caviar wd 5200rpm ( i know its lame and need to b upgraded.lol)
- 700w azza alpha sli ready psu
- 16gb super talent 1333mhz (need to upgrade them too soon)
- liquid cpu cooling( i dont know the brand)

my msi hd 7950 died on me so i had to get a new card. I spent a long time trying to figure out if the 790 was worth and really unless your doing 4k res you dont need the 780. on all the benchmarks i watched and read the 780 got around 10fps more on the same game and same settings. if you get this card you will not be disappointed trust me

This is actually the second copy of this GPU that I have purchased, I loved the first so much, and it was cheaper to buy two of these powerful cards than one that might have been close in combined power.

Ideal choice for max settings at 1080p

The GTX 770 is based on the same core as the GTX 680, but features much faster 7Gb/sec GDDR5 memory (vs 6Gb/sec on the earlier GTX 680).
In addition to performance bettering last year's high end GTX 680, this exclusive NVIDIA version (sold ONLY at Best Buy) has the unmatched TITAN cooler. This is still a blower-style cooler which keeps the inside of the case cooler, but is so efficient it is among the quietest available on any card.
On a standard 1080p monitor you can max out the settings on all current games, and it is cool and quiet. Incredible card!

The 770 is a pretty good higher end card. It will play most games on almost excellent and is a good option for SLI'ing later... If you have extra $ I would get 780 or 780ti as they are going to vastly outdo the 770 but for most gamers this one will suit you for the next 3 years at least.

The reference model GTX 770 is a dream. It's a GTX 780 with some missing CUDA cores, so it crushes anything you throw at it. One monitor, two monitors, huge resolution, whatever -- it will chew the game up and spit it out. The Witcher 2 and Battlefield 4 are the only two games in my library that have even challenged it... and they're still running at 50fps on ultra settings.
But you already know what it can do; taking advantage of everything GeForce Experience has to offer is the reason to buy this card over the tons of other 770 models out there. Shadow Play, game-specific settings, automatic driver updating... the LEDs on the side of the card can even be programmed.
If you're still using a 560 or lower, it's time to upgrade. The difference is night and day.

This is an excellent card, and performance is still excellent for 1080P. I decided to SLI two of these together, so I should be good for a while. In terms of overclocking, I'm able to get 1.26Ghz stable. As a side note, I love the look of the reference cooler!

I'm a huge fan of AMD (ATI) but the R9 series had driver/heat issues.
I thought I'd give NVidia gpus 1 more try. The results were great. No driver issues, Not heat issues and slightly more efficient then AMD's counterparts. Paired with an i7 4820k until I move up to an i7 5820k or 5930k =)
As any tech in the world, always look for the bang for the bottom dollar. Always research what you buy.

I connected this video card into a 2-way SLI bridge. The setup, both hardware and software, was easy. The card(s) following setup on my 29 inch monitor was brilliant. Although nVidia has discontinued the production of this card, I recommend it as a lower cost solution (versus thie 900 series cards) for performance gaming.

I have learned a long time ago that you get what you pay for. With that being said I treated myself to this baby and I have no regrets at all!! This GPU rocks!!!! all of the games I play ( Skyrim, Assassins creed, Battlefield 4, Crysis 3) are set on max at all settings, which is done automatically by the Nvidia software. I have never experienced anything quite like the feeling I got seeing the images on my screen, I almost felt a little sick ( like dizzy ) The images were so detailed and the FPS was off the hook!!!!!! Buy it

This card is a great deal if you don't wand to spend a lot of money to get great performance as well as GPU boost 2.0. The only better upgrade that I would recommend is the 970 and that card can run 100 dollars more depending on the card you get.
