It is considered a great choice for gaming and streaming, delivering high frame rates and stunning visuals. This has been an awesome card, it was in my main rig up until I upgraded last year, now it sits in my wife’s pc. Gaming performance was awesome. Was able to handle anything and everything I threw at it without hesitation. I was able to play all the games I wanted almost completely maxed out. It handled Warzone perfectly, averaging around 135 fps with graphics almost completely cranked.

when i run my benchmarks i smile bcz idiots are spending 6 or 700 more than me for a few percentage points. buy this with confidence. the fans wont even kick in unless you start gaming and temps are low at default settings.
i see no reason for a 2080 ti until they are 500. until then, get this. your rgb's will bounce off the silver too
got mine with my best buy birthday code so it was extra nice as this item was not on sale.
also, best buy deserves a shout out too. they packaged the item properly, unlike the "a" hole store which is too cheap to find bubble wrap. it got here quickly, with no damage, and the adhd in me appreciated the shiny :P

Big upgrade on my new build coming from my old 970 gtx. I play Rainbow Six Siege , COD coldwar, and Supreme Commander FAF(RTS) on a LG 34inch ultrawide 2K. Average FPS around 65-80 on high settings. Unit is quiet and runs cool, price was not good considering that the new 3000 were coming out in few months when i brought this, Also hard to come by a 3000 series card

First Impressions? Amazing Graphics card, a substantial jump from a 1660ti to say the least. Looks amazing, and the build quality is superb! I've been tinkering with the fan curves, and this card is pretty quiet for what it is! I've been able to consistently overclock it to 2.1 GHz with no problems, and under load, it stays well below 70c. Great quality and presentation overall.

About a day shy from a month but this card has been nothing but perfect! I bought this to use temporarily until I receive my 3080. Solid card for the price!
Pros: Inexpensive price point, can run new AAA games above 100 FPS on Ultra/High settings, runs very cool (depending on your case size, mine is a full ATX)
Cons: None so far!

So the RTX 2070 Super runs smooth and quiet for most games. When all the fans start going it can be a little loud. Even running full force this card runs cooler than most other cards out there which is nice when you don't want to spend a lot of money on electricity for AC.

Got this card back in December 2019. It’s been a great card. Overclocks nicely with Afterburner. Games look amazing. But within the past few weeks it developed cool whine. Which doesn’t affect the performance, but it’s louder than all 6 of my case fans and gets picked up by my microphone occasionally. Very annoying. I’m looking into if I can RMA it. I’ll update this when I have more info.

Since we are all waiting on the ability to purchase a 3080, 3090 (seems excessive), or 3070, picked up one of these to hold me over. To be honest, this is actually plenty of graphics card for most of us. The 3000 series cards are great for 4K gaming, but offer very little (if any) advantage at lower resolutions compared to 2070 and 2080 cards. Since 4K monitors still have a long way to go as far refresh rates, HDR, and overall quality/features vs price, 1440 is where it is at for most gaming. In this category, 2070 super is in a pretty sweet spot for gaming and I really enjoy it. Now that I’ve played with it more and more, I may not get the 3000 series for a while. Like I said, monitors and even games in 4K aren’t quite there yet, so it would almost be a waste of the 3000 series cards at the moment till more monitors and games justify it.

What more is there to say?
It's a wonderfull GPU at a reasonable price and it looks gorgeous. It's fairly quiet and the thermals are great.
If you want to overclock your GPU, probably don't go with this, but if you're fine with using it out of the box as is, it's probably the best price you'll find for one of these.

In terms of value, the 2070 Super is a great option for people looking to build a high-end gaming PC. It places at the top of the charts for the FPS per unit of money spent on a complete PC. If you're only looking at the graphics card, however, the RTX cards—and really any high-end GPU—look far less enticing. Just remember that value means many things, and even a free GTX 650 probably won't get much attention from anyone looking to play the latest games. For those who haven't felt the need to upgrade to one of Nvidia's RTX cards already, I don't think the 2070 Super is going to change things. It's less about convincing new users to upgrade and more about ensuring Nvidia has a better card than AMD's upcoming RX 5700 series. Except, we don't know for certain how those will perform yet.

I love this GPU. Worth every penny. If you’re considering between a 2060 super and a 2070 super spend the extra money and go for the 2070 super. It will be worth it and plus it will be future proof

Just picked this up knowing the RTX 30 series is coming this year, but there's always something better coming, and I needed a card right now, since I gave my GTX 1660 to my son.
Installation was fine; it's a much bigger specimen than the 1660 it replaced, but fit just fine in my ATX case. Grabbed the latest NVidia drivers and updated without any issue.
The performance is superb and the current pricing on the card makes it a must have for high resolution gaming. Ran DCS World and IL-2 Sturmovik on nearly maxed-out settings at 1440p (I don't have a 4K monitor yet) and the card ran those games smoothly. Very impressed, and I don't think I'll feel like upgrading any time soon.

This is an excellent GPU, and the founders edition is a good value. I personally far prefer this aesthetic over that of the third party RX 5700XT models. That, plus the fact that this came with Control (a game I would have bought anyway), plus the fact that this was actually available at the time of my purchase, made this no-contest.
That said, best buy’s instructions for downloading the free game were terrible. They sent two emails with instructions that contradicted each other.
Lastly, this card is great for now, but I’m left wanting even more performance. I’ll likely spring for the 3080 ti (or whatever it’s called) when it’s finally time to upgrade. I look forward to 144 Hz RTX gaming with 1440p ultra settings some day

I purchased my new RTX 2070 Super a little over a month ago and it has been a great purchase. Installation was simple and now I am able to get improved performance from my video games. This particular card has the best value for your money simply because any other card above this model will spike up in price by a few hundred bucks for minor performance increases. Its all a matter of perspective and where you find value. From my experience with it so far, it was an awesome purchase and is holding up solid against any video games I throw at it. Its an awesome graphics card for the price, especially if you can't afford the higher tier models.

I had zero issues getting this card from Best Buy, it's worked perfect for a month now. No markup on the price, which can happen with the Founders Edition version of NVIDIA stuff sometimes. It's a very capable card, especially because 'm really only asking it to run a 1080p monitor at 60fps for games, and I have a Ryzen 3700x CPU which have been able to handle anything I've been able to throw at it no problem. Physically, the card is actually pretty heavy because it's all aluminium and steel, so bear that in mind if you find yourself with a bit of motherboard sag. Otherwise, no complaints! I paid good money for a great graphics card!

This is a great product, but before purchase make sure you know why you need one this good.
Compared to other GPUs for simpler builds, the only upsides you will have with this one is the upscale capabilities, as well as the RTX technology. I frequently game, edit videos, play VR, and do music production. Obviously the music production doesn’t need this GPU.
Gaming: The RTX is great for really high graphics in powerful games. I run all triple A titles at max settings and get 120fps on all of them. Couldn’t ask for anything better. However, if you play video games competitively you’ll want to play on lower graphics for plenty of reasons anyways, so this might not be necessary for you.
VR: I previously had a 1060 GTX that had VR capabilities. The 1060 worked excellently, never had any issues running VR. I could even play games like Half Life: Alyx with my 1060. The thing though, is that in many games in VR, there are tons of moving parts. When there’s too many moving parts you will absolutely lose frame rate. The 2070 Super however, no frame drop whatsoever. Doesn’t matter how many particles are on the screen. It also allows me to stream at a much higher bit rate, so my screen resolution is higher in VR.
Graphics scaling: This is one of the best parts about this GPU. Lots of games and even my monitor has the ability to “scale” the resolution. By default many games run at 1920x1080. With the scale feature you can set your resolution to upwards of 500%, meaning instead of running a game at FHD, you could say, run it at UHD(4K) without any frame dropping. Super awesome for me because my monitor’s resolution is 2K, not 1920x1080.
That’s my overall review of its best aspects. Again, this GPU is so much more niche than people realize. If you aren’t taking advantage of these same things that I am, buy a cheaper GPU. This one is not needed and will just add cost to your build.

I'm happy with my purchase. I upgraded from a FE 1070 and I'm liking the gains. Definitely a sweet spot for 2k gaming. I would recommend having decent airflow though to keep your card running cool. Also make sure you stress the card before your return period is up to make sure you don't get a dud. I stressed my card to the max with fur mark(30mins) and ran heaven benchmark(45 mins). I had great temps and results while monitoring every second of my stress testing. I haven't overclocked the card as I don't need the extra power. Just do your research and make sure this card meets your needs. It surpassed my expectations and I'm glad I got it!
