Customers consistently note the GeForce RTX 2080 Ti's exceptional performance, especially for 4K gaming and ray tracing. Many users are impressed with its powerful performance and quiet operation. However, the high price point and higher operating temperatures compared to other cards in its class are common concerns.

Great Card Bad Price

To be honest, this is the only card you can get in the consumer range if you want to take advantage of 60fps or above in 4k in games like the Witcher 3 Wild Hunt or Red Dead 2.
If you want to take advantage of RTX in the new Minecraft Beta, this is the only card to get for 60fps with DLSS 2.0 turned on in 4k. Many people don't know why people keep playing Minecraft, try the RTX resource packs and you'll find out why.
Does output a lot of heat but that's to be expected. I wished this was more of a leap like the GTX 1080 to 1080ti but coming from the 2080 Super or 2080 is just sad.

Best Option for SFF PCs

I purchased this video for my SFF PC build and it works perfectly! Most AIB Partner board is massive but this Founders card is the perfect size. It runs a bit hotter than the AIB cards but I'm getting great frame rates in all my games (4K 60hz).

As of writing this review, this is the most powerful graphics card you can buy but it does come with a very high price tag. I won't say this is the best model of the 2080 ti because it can run on the hot side if you don't have great airflow but it does overclock pretty well.

if your looking to hit high fps, play 4k games and hit high benchmarks - the founders edition with its binned chips is the way to go. Would advise water cooling to get the most out of this card as air cooled it can run very hot.

Two things:
1. I am in a unique situation when compared to most buyers. I only had to pay $216 in the end after using a gift card Best Buy gave me (long story). That was the only reason why I decided to buy the card. I would not pay the full $1,298.99 after tax out of pocket as it is too high of a price for "unknown" peak performance. I say unknown because we do not yet know how Ray Tracing or DLSS will do in the future.
2. This card performs very well for current games and is a huge upgrade from my GTX 1070 OC. It is absolutely PERFECT for current 4K 60fps gaming OR 1440p 144hz if you are trying to achieve 120+ fps at that resolution with settings maxed out.
Bottom line:
If you are willing to ride the promise that Nvidia has given us for Ray Tracing and DLSS AND you either make a stupid amount of money or you get into a unique situation like I was in, then this card will be for you. Especially if you are looking to run everything at max 4K 60fps.

This is an amazing GPU. Even in 2022, it still holds it's own even against 30-series cards that are almost impossible to acquire now. I've never had any issues and this still pushes good frame rates even in demanding games. It's pretty quiet, especially for a GPU of this level. Plus, if you were going to watercool, this would be even more of a win vs. an AIB card.

If you want the best gaming performance, period, then you will want to buy the GeForce RTX 2080 Ti. If you were interested in buying the expensive new 4K 144Hz HDR G-Sync gaming monitor, until now there was nothing that could get close to feeding it 4K at 144FPS... but now there is.

I am loving this graphics card, and I have not even overclocked it yet. Playing around with Ray Tracing on Unity is amazing, and I'm able to push the hardware without feeling like I'm doing something wrong. This is a great card for people building for the first time with a high budget.

If you are coming from an older gtx 900 series this is worth the upgrade but if you're using 1000 series you are better off waiting for a next-generation or AMD Navi. With this card I am pushing ultra graphics on 1440p 144 hz monitor, I am coming from a 980 and the change is amazing if you could afford it grab it.

New King has Rise!

Disregarding the price, as we know this cost as much as rent, this graphic card delivers some amazing performance. 1440p can easily hit over 100 FPS on the most demanding games. With todays RGB standard, it would be nice if we can customize the color of the lighting.
New 20xx series founder editions looks a lot sleeker than previous generation. They got rid of the blower style and swap to a open air cooler. I have a congested case and this GPU runs in the low 70C which is not bad for the power it harness. When it comes to performance, Nvidia does it right!

The ultimate

Although I did have to return one as the board was faulty, this card is the absolute best way to go if you can afford it. My goal was 4k at a full 60 on a large screen (and to surpass that if I choose to use a monitor in the future). This card takes ultra to an extreme, even with ray tracing activated. I previously had a 2070 so I have a reference point, and have to say this far surpasses it. System: 2700x, Hero VI, 32GB of 3200 Corsair Vengeance Ram, 750w power supply. There is absolutely no reason to overclock this to get premier performance. If you want 4k at 60+ with no compromise, and can afford it, absolutely pick this up! If you are looking for a solid 1440 experience and this is a bit too pricey, go with the 70 or 80 as good options as well.

Simply put... it’s the best you can get. I prefer the stock GPUs over some of the other third party manufacturers. I’m my opinion they have less bugs and glitches and also last longer. LOVE this card. It’s an absolute power house.

Had my eye on theses since release. Was it a necessary purchase, no, but wanted to see what all the hype was and was in a position to grab one when they became available again. Really haven't had chance to run it through a lot of game situations yet but it has done what it is designed to do and has been running fine for about a month. I will be looking to go 4K gaming soon so it is the best for that scenario.
A little concerned with the failure rate but hopefully whatever that issue truly was has been corrected with newer product.
Took one star off for the pricing but knew what I was doing beforehand.

Clean, sleek, and simple -- definitely an attractive card and of course provided a lot of horsepower to my system. However, it drove me nuts to see that its temps swung too much too frequently. I wouldv'e had to modify my setup and likely buy more sh to run this in beast mode. rgbs are bleh but this card cost as much as my 7700k + 1070 turbo build. I exchanged it for evga's 1249 model and was able to get higher clocks at better temps

I bought this card so I can run Ultra everything on my new LG OLED. Games like Halo Wars 2, Destiny 2, Call of Duty, and many more run at 60fps 4k Ultra no problem.
