Customers are saying

Customers consistently note the GeForce RTX 2080 Ti's exceptional performance, especially for 4K gaming and ray tracing. Many users are impressed with its powerful performance and quiet operation. However, the high price point and higher operating temperatures compared to other cards in its class are common concerns.

Sooo it's been a couple weeks since I actually installed it and done some testing. Compared to my 1080 I dont really feel much of a difference. The only difference is the ray tracing which is a gimmick right now where not making games Support it. For the few games that do it's pretty cool. I dont see RT being useful for at least another year or two. Could easily save some money but if you dont mind the cost then DO IT!! I heard a bunch of issues with other models but not nearly as much with this one and less of a chance to have a issue I went with it.

Runs all my current computer games at max settings at over 110FPS at 4K on three 4K moniters without heating up my whole room like a 1080ti

When you receive the item, you immediately notice the build quality. It's built like a tank but with refined details. Actually a very handsome piece of computer hardware. The card is heavy meaning excellent heat sinks, because it really puts out some heat. Always go with the original brand. There are after-market manufacturers, but always stick with the original Nvidia brand. Words can't describe the image on an 8k monitor. Breathtaking!! Don't worry about the cost, your eyes will thank you.

I bought 2 of these and put them in NVLINK. The top card gets extremely hot (88 degrees celcius) and it doesn't matter what kind of airflow configuration you choose. I'm sure this will shorten the card's lifespan. Other than that, seems good. Very powerful setup, and looking forward to the release of the technology that these cards are being marketed to run.

This GPU is no joke. Itll slice through games like they're butter. With the Founder's Edition cards, Nvidia bins the best silicons for themselves. This card is therefore highly overlockable. The only downside are the temps. Itll run hot on the default profile and will need a custom fan curve in most instances, increasing the noise decibel.

The 2080ti eats up pretty much whatever you throw at it. I have zero issues running Witcher 3 in 4K ultra settings at 60 frames a second. It is also a breeze to overclock and squeeze about another 5% out of the card. Price to performance the card lacks a bit but if you are looking at this card you already know that.

Card is awesome, works as it should. Packaging from best buy can be a lot better. The gpu box was essentially free floating in the shipping box twice its size with 7 air pods that did nothing. Otherwise card works great so far with no issues

Seems legit through the few experiences with it so far. My regret is I feel like it will be hundreds less in the next 6 months just because of what I see coming out soon... That being said, I choose this over a dual setup with the 2080 supers, it seems like a wonderful choice thus far!

This Video card is a Beast! Its a darn shame that the new 3080 is a little better in performance but half the price. truly a punch to the gut. However, this card reign supreme for a while, while it lasted. Still one of the best as the 3080 is hard to come by.

I was upgrading from Nvidia 1080GTX card which already awesome, but this one is a BEAST! Every aspect of working with my workstation has been improved. COntent production on Photoshop, Vegas, or any other tool supporting CUDA processing is so much faster and smother now. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Solid Piece of Hardware, love it to death, unfortunately bought it a couple me months before the 3000 series were revealed. But still glad I did because those are hard to come by. It can handle anything I can throw at it, and more.

If your overall gaming rig is cutting edge, then this is the GPU to get. If not I would suggest getting something your computer would be most comfortable running with. However, this is still a good GPU for a decent rig.

This is the best card close to high end. I had this configured for a AMD Ryzen 9 16 core processor, Asus Crosshair MB -Formula VIII , 64 GB RAM. Able to run high end games and also use it for AI and GAME development.

This is a fantastic card and replaces a Quadro card that was twice as expensive and half the performance. I was concerned that it might not perform well with 3ds Max but it has no issues at all. I could not be more pleased with this product.

There's really nothing at this point (2020) that you can throw at this card to slow it down. Ok actually Minecraft RTX knocked it a bit, but everything else is just glorious. This is my first top-of-the-line card, so I went direct with it. I did have some heat issues with it, and random game crashes -- and it turns out it was a defect. nVidia paid for return shipping without much fuss (just some FurMark testing) and sent me a (probably refurb? hard to tell) card in like 5 days. The new one works perfectly. Overall 5 stars because it never touted itself as a value card. It's designed to be fast and it is. It took about a year or so before games caught up to it though, so it's just now coming into its own.
