TL;DR: Buy this product if it is in stock and if you need a graphics card because it is amazing, but don't fear if you don't get it for AMD and Nvidia's new offerings in Q 1/2 of 2021, may provide the gpu that could be a better fit for you. I got this product after refreshing the page many times on launch day and was one of the few souls who got it, I wish luck to the others who are trying to get it. Firstly, I use a egpu (external Graphics Card Unit) when I game because of my personal situation, and I was able to get it up and running within a few minutes. All of my games are amazing compared to my previous card (gtx 960) and I was able to play Battlefield 1/V, Fallout 4/76, Skyrim SE, GTA V, and RDR2 all at 60 fps+ on 4k High/Ultra settings with 1% lies in the low 50s fps at worse (RDR2 during a pretty strenuous scene) and 0.1% lows in the high 40s fps (also in RDR2). But please remember, even with my relatively good egpu set up, it normally gets no more than 80-95% then what you get in desktop, so your milage may very. Thermals: It never got more than 72°C in my 1 hour stress test in unigen heaven with the very quiet stock fan curve that got to no more than 41%. The physical card is simply beautiful and it seems to use all of the metal as a heat sink and (don't touch the card at home, I was just curious for this review) gets quite uncomfortably hot, so don't touch your graphics card while it's in usage even though that should be obvious because it is a computer part. It admittedly warmed up my room by about 1°C with room set at 21°C to 22°C after about 5 hours of continuous usage (along with my 25w laptop and my smaller bedroom, this is an uncontrolled variable but is interesting nontheless). The airflow and cooling for the card is outstanding considering it is a 200w card and is smaller than my evga twin fan edition of my previous gtx 960. Great stuff! Overclocking: With there being quite a bit of thermal head room, I felt confident in the cards ability to I overclock, and I was right. I was able to oc it with the core at 2085 mhz (+150 cc) and it was stable during my 2 hour stress test of me playing GTA V story mode. I was able to get it to 2110 mhz (+175 cc), but it was a tad unstable if it stayed there, and would normally fall back down to 2085 automatically in order to not crash. With the memory clock I was able to get a +1400mhz on the memory and it remained stable and there was no artifacting after that same stress test on GTA V. Ii was able to get about 3%-12% fps performance gains, which is astounding, but the average was more like 6.5-8.5% fps gain. With the stock fan curve and with these overclocking settings, it got to 54% fan speed at 79°C, and with my manual fan speed setting of 72% it sat at 75°C. I would suggest using the auto curve if you are a bit sensitive to noise, but if you're fine with a little bit of fan noise, I would suggest raising the fan speed slightly higher like I did. Overall, it's very impressive from my perspective. Note that overclocking may void manufacturer warranty on some products and may not give same results, so use at your own risk. DLSS and RTX: I really only play one game that uses either that I care to use and that is rtx minecraft which works perfectly at 4k ~55-60fps and looks stunning. It uses DLSS for the performance gains of from what I can tell of about 15-20+ fps to make it go from playable to very useable. DLSS at this point seems to be very a future oriented technology which is nice, because it gives me some more hope that I will be able to use the 3060ti for longer than I would otherwise. But, right now it is still a very impressive technology. Overall: This is a great product for $400 and although a bit more vram would have been nice, for $400 there is no question that this is an absolute buy. Although the review shenanigans that occurred around this launch were quite suspect, this product is still very good and I recommend buying this model or any other 3060ti model if it is under $430. RTX in my eyes is still in it's infancy, but very much a product to be used, and DLSS along with Nvidia broadcast is also amazing. Best Buy pickup was fine and they got it too me a day later than expected, but they brought it out my car within a few minutes when I did go to pick it up. Performs very well for the money. Beats a 2080 Super and is $300 less MSRP. Sleek looking card, honestly more appealing than the AIB partner cards. I was able to get this on release day. Contrary to popular belief (and a shocker even to me), Best Buy did a much better job implementing different mechanisms to prevent bots from taking over with their queued/gradual release system and additional human verifications at checkout. It wasn’t without a few bugs though depending on whether or not you were actually able to place your order. I know many others were able to add to cart and take it all the way to shipping/pick up location but no stores were shown as available at that point (this card was only available for ship-to-store/store pickup on release). I think it’s only going to get better though once these small bugs are fixed. I haven’t been a Best Buy customer for close to a decade but after this mostly good experience, I can say they’re better than Newegg and that they are actually trying to prevent bots from buying stock whereas Newegg won’t even turn on Captcha because it “hinders the checkout experience.” Take it from me, a pessimistic graphics-card seeker. One recommendation I do have for anyone reading this is to add all the cards you want to your Saved Items List on the mobile app and periodically check it to see if there are releases. You’ll see stock changes on the list itself so you don’t have to go through each item page. I think you’re more likely to stumble upon releases than waiting for a stock drop notification on a Discord server, which would be too late by the time you get it. On release day, I did this and beat stock drop notifications by a solid 5 minutes. I’ve found most Best Buy drops to occur on weekdays between 7:30-9:30am (PT). Make sure to have your payment information in your account in advance and use the mobile app for quicker checkout. Keep it up, you can get one.

Insane value. Insane build quality. Cool and quiet! I wouldn’t have thought I’d be saying these things about a Founder’s Edition card, but here I am. Oh, and buy this over the 3070. More value. It’s not lost on me that these are impossible to get. But once they’re more widely available, this one will be a hit.

I upgraded from a RTX2060 and tho it is still a '60 class card, the performance bump in this generation is massive! anywhere from 30-50% increase. Pros: Silent, Perf Increase, NVidia Features, Good Temps, Small Size (compared to other 30series), Best value Cons: Hard to find, 8GB of ram is good but could be more, After market cards can be very expensive Conclusion: Best bang for the buck this generation! Great low-mid range card that STOMPS the performance of most prev generation cards (Especially AMD, for the price) at a lower watt. BUY THIS CARD if you have the money.

This card is one of the best options out there to build a descent SFF PC. With the card sizes of the new 40 series going through the roof, this nice little card is a much better option for many small itx cases, and yet performs very descent for 1440p gaming. Gives me 200 fps+ in CS 2, cuts through 4K log files easily for editing and much more. Can't ask for a better option for such a small card and relatively cheap. A must buy!

Provided you can buy it, truly an amazing card for the money. It can play the newest AAA games 1440p with at least 60 fps, highest settings. When playing Far Cry 5 at 1440p ultra, I get about 90-100 fps. Because they use the same heatsink on the higher power RTX 3070, the thermals on this card are pretty good. I included a picture of the stock thermals under a synthetic load. At 110% power, it gets up to 73c. I got lucky with my card so at 110% power I'm able to get +150 on the core and +900 on the memory. To avoid potential crashes I typically keep it at +130 on the core clock, and +800 on the memory frequency. I included my highest time spy result with this card overclocked and a Ryzen 5 5600x.

The performance to cost ratio is better than anything else on the market. 1440p 144hz is a breeze for this card and have had no issues installing new drivers. There also have been no crashes due to the card. The cooler works very effectively. No complaints other than availability.

Ridiculous performance to the price. I've been playing Cyberpunk 2077 with a 3440x1440 monitor and it's absolutely killing it, despite everyone talking about bugs and performance issues. If you find the opportunity to buy this or any of the 3000 series cards, jump on it. I'm coming from an RX 470 so this is a huge upgrade for me. In my Cooler Master NR200, I'm getting a max temperature of 65 C, and idle is around 30 C. It also overclocks pretty nicely. My core clock is at 2070 mhz and memory at 8000 mhz and it holds both with ease.

This was a bit of a spontaneous purchase for me. I had just built my first gaming PC back in July 2020 with a hand-me-down GTX 970 that a buddy gave me. I was planning on upgrading once the 3000 series cards became readily available, but when the 3060 Ti was announced it grabbed my attention. Even though I was on the fence about getting it, I decided to get up early on launch day and try to snag one, fully expecting that I would be unsuccessful. To my surprise though, Best Buy came through and implemented a pretty decent checkout system that seemed to keep a lot of the bots away and allowed many honest buyers like myself to get one. At this point I was hoping I wasn't going to regret my purchase because I was definitely compelled to buy it from the hype and anxiety in the moment. However, after using it for a month now, I have no regrets. This card is awesome. The price to performance is pretty insane (at MSRP of course) and I think its going be with me for quite some time. Out of the box it ran great, and I was able to get a modest overclock on it as well (+90MHz core, +800MHz memory). However, I did notice that it was getting pretty toasty and it wasn't kicking the fans up much (possible issue with release driver). This was easily fixed with a custom fan curve and the temps are pretty decent without having to crank the fans (at full boar they are pretty loud). Something worth noting about the fans is that the minimum speed is 1000rpm. I'm not sure why they did this as it probably would be just fine with them off at idle, but even at this minimum speed it is very quiet. My only two complaints about the card is the 8-pin to 12-pin adapter and the fact that there is no lighting. I thought the GeForce text would light up like the higher end cards do. Also worth noting that the backplate is plastic even though it looks like metal. Other than that it's a really nice looking card and feels very premium. It's unfortunate though that stock is still pretty low and lots of people are still waiting. Hopefully it gets better soon and more people are able to enjoy this card.

The card has exceeded my expectations, whether it be Black Ops Cold War or Cyberpunk 2077, this card can do it all for an amazing price. Frame rate is always high even maxed out I still am well above 60, on Red Dead 2 for example the graphics are beautiful and I’m still well above 100 FPS. The card not only performs well but also looks amazing too, if you can get your hands on one get it ASAP you won’t regret it.

I didn't even know that they were still selling these FE cards at MSRP with all of the stock problems and tariffs raising prices, but Best Buy came through. I learned about a drop of cards on the 9th from a discord with drop notifications, and with the 2FA and app I actually got a card. The build quality is amazing on this card and it runs Cyberpunk at 1080p any settings with ease.

I recently got my hands on this GPU a few days ago and I gotta say, I am in love. It’s a huge step up over my gaming laptop that had just a 1050ti It runs surprisingly cool in my NZXT H210 case (I currently only have the two exhaust fans) running at stock it never went over 70°C from what I saw. With a Ryzen 5 2600 I can break 100+ FPS at 1080p max settings with DLSS off in Cold War and even though my CPU is a bit underpowered I can play Cyberpunk on Ultra settings at 60fps most of the time without RTX on Overall if you can find this card in stock at MSRP you owe it to yourself to pick it up

This is a great value card if you can get it at MSRP, and has exceeded my expectations greatly for VR. Night and day difference compared to my previous aging RX 570 card. This 3060ti is sleek, and the design is flawless in my eyes. Never seen it go over 70° C when gaming. Plays any game at max settings. VR games run flawlessly on a Quest 2 via Virtual Desktop on High settings. Best value card for this price range, highly recommend if you don't mind the lack of RGB!!

The 3060 Ti FE is the best card for the price. Gaming in 1440p at ultra is effortless. It’s relatively compact, so it should fit in most ITX builds.

Amazing value and performs better than the 2080 super for much cheaper! The quality is amazing this feels like a dream holding it in the hand.

At MSRP I think this card is a very good value. Right out of the box the boost clock was hitting 14% above the published stats and after a couple of hours on iRacing temperature topped out in the lower 70's (c). In comparison tests it is rated to be faster than the RTX 2080 Super that retailed for $699 The NVidia RTX 3060ti Founders Edition is compact in size compared to the MSI GTX 1070ti I upgraded from. I like the simple and industrial look. It has what it needs without the oversized fans and RGB, so if bling is your thing an AIB card may be a better choice.

Got extremely lucky and got my hands on this card by checking this website at the right time. Right place right time as they say. Ryzen 5 3600 3060ti 16gigs ram Upgraded from a rx480. Was running cyberpunk on low. Now I'm running 50-60fps on cyberpunk ultra settings. VR on my quest 2 went from a pixelated low res experience to full HD. A friend of mine has a ryzen 3900x running a 3080. He said the difference between my setup and his is 10fps. 10 fps for a 400 dollar difference. I have never seen such a bang for your buck video card and I remember my dad helping me build a 486 when I was about 6 years old. Just get one if you can.

This graphics card is an amazing value! I managed to get one on 1/22/2021 and it arrived and was installed on 1/25/2021. It is paired with an intel core i5-10600k and gets incredible performance. The user of this card plays mainly Minecraft, and they wanted to be able to play with a shaders pack through the optifine mod while also recording the game. They managed to get 200-300 fps with max settings. The shaders pack they use is called Sildur's Vibrant shaders v1.283 Extreme-Volumetric lighting. Even when not running shaders Minecraft gets 1000+ fps consistently.

This card is amazing for its price. Seeing the results of the Ada 40 series cards in this same tier, this card's value is unmatched. Get this card instead of the 4060. It's that good.

This is a very fast gpu in a small package. Great gaming card on a budget.
