Customers are saying

Customers commend the GeForce RTX 3070 Ti graphics card for its great price, excellent performance, and suitability for gaming. It is also praised for its simple yet elegant design and powerful performance. On the downside, some users have concerns about its high operating temperatures, limited VRAM, increased power consumption compared to previous models, potential coil whine, and limited availability.

Great GPU for value. Was finally able to get one retail. Runs great, getting decent fps at 1440p.

I’ve had this graphics card for quite a long time now upgrading from a 2070 super! Can never go wrong with a Nvidia GPU. No issues and genuine product sold at Best Buy.

its pretty good imo, runs games at 1080p/1440p well, especially now is good value, build quality is really nice, i highly reccomend for anyone making a mid budget to high mid budget build or upgrading from something older, though its abt 30% slower than the 3080 and honestly the base 3070 might be more worth it over this

Best Bang for Your Buck! Patience is Key!

This card is honestly the best bang for your buck especially for the price point! Review starts under this paragraph but I know these are hard to come by but patience is key with these items so please do wait until there’s more or consistent stock to pay at MSRP other than paying scalpers. At this price point, the performance is so phenomenal that it’s hard to fathom how much value I got out of this card. I’m switching from a 2070 Super Founder’s Edition to this 3070 TI Founders Edition and the performance is noticeable. While the 2070S is a great card and ran everything, the 3070 TI runs every game smoother than a hot knife cutting through butter. I’m running pretty much every game at max settings at 1440P without dropping under 100 fps; COD Black Ops Cold War is one of these. My temperatures for the card are pretty good too, I haven’t seen the card go past 75 degrees Celsius under load. I also use this for editing and rending videos and it works just as well. The design of this card is aesthetically pleasing with the two tone color scheme. This card took a similar design of the 3080 (most noticeably with the fan placement) while mixing it with the 3070’s design. The GeForce RTX logos do not light up like the 3080’s and above models, so FYI for those who are into RGB lighting. The only downside I can find about this card is that it uses a 12 pin gpu connector which you’ll need to use the adaptor that it comes with that may make your case look a little messier but you can always purchase an off brand 12 pin gpu connector to clean it up a bit. However, those last two points I just mentioned didn’t affect my score of this card’s review. I luckily went to an in person event and only waited 10 hours to get handed a ticket the day before so I didn’t have to camp overnight. I just got there at 4 AM day before. If you have that opportunity, I’d say that’ll be the second best way to obtain these cards other than an online drop which can be a little more difficult. As with anything, just be careful when going this route and I recommend either befriending someone in line or bringing a friend with you to pass the time & hold your spot when you need to step out for a bit. Overall, this card is amazing for the price and if you can get your hands on it in the future, you’ll definitely get your money’s worth. Just please be patient as these are slowly coming in more in stock at Best Buy.

I got mine from the recent drop on the 1st. I waited 16 hours. I upgraded to this from a 1660 Super and the difference it's clear. I could manage 1440p with the 1660 super I had and got a decent amount of frames. It would hit 60 fps every now and then but would dip as low as the 40s. With this card. I can have 1440p with RTX on and settings set to high and still get over 100 frames. 50-70 fps if I set the rendering quality to near max. depending on the game. I can play max settings. I originally wanted a 3080 for that extra ceiling of performance but there were only 6 at the store I went to and 11 regular 3070s. So the 3070ti was the next best thing

For those who complain about the temps reaching 85+c degrees, I would say it’s a case issue on their end. I have the 3060ti FE and that was averaging 70c degree and the 3070ti FE is averaging 74c degrees in my case. I was playing Naraka Bladepoint max settings for two hours and the max temp I saw was 75c degrees. When not gaming (browsing the web, studying), temps are at 40c degrees. Make sure you have three 120mm intake fans or two 140mm intake fans in the front case and one 120mm exhaust fan in the back end of your case. I decided to return the 3060ti fe and keep the 3070ti fe because I plan on buying a 1440p monitor later this year. Yes, I understand the RTX 4000 series is releasing this year but we don’t know how available the FE cards will be with everyone waiting and wanting the new 4000 series. I am not a full time gamer who needs/wants the best graphics card available. I am just glad I paid MSRP of $599 for the FE card and not $750+ for the aftermarket cards (MSI, ASUS, Gigabyte, etc.). I only recommend the 3070ti if you can get the FE price.

A beautiful card in my experience so far. Its not too loud, it looks presentable inside my system, and performs very well with everything I've played thus far. Installing it myself was a breeze as well. Although it may not be worth the money to get this instead of a plain non-TI RTX 3070, if you're feeling a little extra luxurious I say go for it.

    3070 TI vs 3070

Absolutely amazing, I’m going from a 2070 Super to the 3070 TI which isn’t the largest jump, but still a great upgrade! For $100 more I’m not sure a 4% jump in performance from a 3070 is worth it, however this was what was left available from the 1 day event they were having, so I walked out with a card I wanted no matter what. If you can manage to get your hand on any card I’d say it is well worth any money spent on it. One thing to remember when getting any card like this is it uses a 12 pin! The adapter for an 8pin is under the card in the packaging usually. Don’t stress about it being different than the plugs you have.

I figured this one was my best bet at a graphics card, so I went for it instead of a 3070 or 3060. And boy, am I glad - this thing has given me huge improvements across the board coming from an old AMD card. For $600, I still found it worth the price for the slight upgrade from the 3070, especially since it’s so much easier to get. Now, I can finally play recent games at top quality with high frame rates! Not only that, but the thing looks really good in my gaming rig.

Stunningly beautiful and perfectly capable of most gaming. Well worth it to camp out and get one at MSRP. At $599 this card is more than capable of high FPS 1440P with passable 4K in more demanding games. You can easily get away with 4K60 in HDR on Ultra settings in games like Forza Motorsport 7 or similar that are not so visually demanding. Although I would recommend getting the 3080 (if you can find one) if you plan on using your system with a fancy new HDMI 2.1 big screen TV. Pros -Timeless design, a beautiful centerpiece even in the midst of RGB. -Easily capable of high FPS 1440P in HDR on High/Ultra Settings. -Perfectly acceptable 4K in a pinch for AAA games. -Great value (in the current market) -Stays nice and cool, especially in games where it is not under 100% load. Cons -Performance is really much closer to the 3070 rather than 3080, no matter how much Nvidia tries to say otherwise. -If you plan on playing on a large screen like a 2.1 TV, 4K is almost required to make all your games look good and in some games, 4K60 will not be attainable especially with RTX on. -Future value. With the market the way it is, if you have the opportunity to buy it, BUY IT. But in a perfect world, it is not worth it to buy this over a 3070, or you should just get a 3080. -The GeForce RTX logo should really be illuminated on this card as it takes it's design cues from the higher end cards.

Worth the effort and wait! Been looking for a card to upgrade from my 2060 and was aiming for a 3080 but was short on cash but this card is amazing! Sure it's only 10% better than the 3070 base FE card but since I got it at MSRP it's worth it for the uplift. I went from 130fps to 200+ in destiny and the blow through design keeps the card really cool

Got this to replace my 2060S that went into my wife's new build. It may not have the OC that the other after market cards do but it still perfect for a 2k build. 1440p at 165hz with ease.

This card is capable of running around the 60FPS mark with max settings + Ray Tracing maxed on Call of Duty Cold War (1080p). This is card or the 3070 are usually the most available and are good options if just trying to have a card that can make games look good when you want or high performance when you need. Be careful when installing the card as the fins are not sturdy like that of the 3080 or 3090 founders edition cards.

Best card i could get on BB july drop. Sitting in a fully air cooled be quiet! System. Temps are at 30-40°c idle depending on room temp. 8#°c under full load. Dissapointed in the performance in this ti over the regular 3070. Card has coil whine, there is also some asthetic issues in my card. Some of the fins from the cooling arent cut properly and hit the cards outer frame. Other than that it does what its advertised to do.
