Customers are saying

Customers regard the GeForce RTX 5080 16GB GDDR7 Graphics Card highly for its impressive performance and efficient cooling system, praising its ability to overclock and maintain cool temperatures even under heavy load. Many appreciate its compact size, making it suitable for smaller PC builds. While some wish for more VRAM, the card's performance-to-price ratio is frequently cited as a significant advantage, especially at the suggested retail price.

Was lucky enough to order one during the launch. Upgraded from a 3080 and so far has worked excellent. Performance has been great, cool temps, and no issues at all so far.

Had this RTX 5080 for a month, and so far, so good. No issues and plays all games on max ultra very well. Definitely worth the upgrade. Recommend (if you can get one, lol)

Coming from a 3060 ti, this was a huge uplift in performance. I just wish it had 24GB of vram and was faster than a 4090 but it's still very powerful for your gaming needs

If you're currently using anything below an RTX 4080 and want a nice boost in power and FPS, this card is the way to go and the cheapest version to get into.

$1000 for 16GB VRAM in 2025 is a joke. Come on Nvidia you playin right cuh?

The card works and is an incredible upgrade in performance over the 3070 I used to have. BUT Nvidia shipped a defective card with 104 ROPs instead of the advertised 112. It's upwards of a 10% performance loss. Now I have to RMA the card to get what I payed for. Who knows how long it will take to come back in stock. Unbelievable. Just google RTX 50 series missing ROPs.

Card is much smaller than my old 6950xt. Really like the look of the card, very sleek and modern without crazy rgb. Runs great so far, easy install with no driver issues switching from AMD. Running Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 and Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth at 4k maxxed settings. DLAA looks sooo much better than TAA. Im glad youtubers "hate" this card so much and I was able to get it without issue!

If Nvidia waited for manufacturing to be able to mass produce chips with sub-4nm nodes. They’d still be selling 40 series cards for the next 2-4 years. Given that, we cant expect 30-40% increases. But a 20% over the 4080 Super when OCing, at the same cost as a 4080 super is a deal. My card arrived Wednesday, but im out of town. Heading home tomorrow to slap it in my PC and run benchmarks!

I’m so glad I didn’t try reselling this thing. As soon as I got it, I was like I’m keeping it and I’m glad I did. My games look amazing now. I don’t think it’s worth getting partner cards. This card runs super cool performers, gray, and over clocks like a beast no need to spend more on the partner cards.

Super confused by the reviews about all that aside. This thing pumps everything I throw at it, never owned one. This good before just the box itself with the video card is heavier than any gaming laptop. I've ever owned, and this thing is a beast

I was lucky enough to snag this on launch day for msrp. I know there is alot of contriversy with this card not being a big leap over its last series. But my question i had was is it worth it coming from and EVGA FTW3 3080 10GB to this. Let me tell you it absolutly is. I was getting low frame rates and random crashing in even Diablo 4. Now that ive upgraded to this i get 70-120 frames in 4k max settings and ray tracing with no frame gen. There is also apparently a pretty large headroom for overclocking this card to be on par with the RTX 4090. I didnt go that crazy with it but i did use the Nvidia app to scan and do an auto OC. Its given me several more frames on average. Overall absolutly happy with this purchase.
