A super case that is SUPER.From lighting to space to organization of wires this case does it.I did my wires >3< times just to see what looked and worked better(and each time was easy and neat, just personal preference )quality craftsmanship threw out all areas of the case. Only suggestion would be a second set of leds on bottom side,or the ability to buy and link another set (NZXT confirmed its not possible or a item for retail sadly) The rear plate lights are BRIGHT and perfect when needed for swapping connections .I do wish they made all the USB ports 3.0.A case like this is going for people who are buying next gen or current Mobo's .The white is nice and reflects the leds IMO slightly better then what ive seen in videos of the gun metal and black versions of this case. If they made a Nvidia Green model i would buy it now and sell this as it is the ONLY reason i would consider another case. NZXT has converted a long time Antec then Corsair case buyer .NZXT cases = FTW

I purchased this case through my local Best Buy. I originally found it on a competitor's site, but I prefer to purchase through "my store," my local Best Buy, to support them in return for the great personal service they give me and for the Reward Zone Points, so I was ecstatic when I found it on their Website. Plus, Best Buy price-matched another web-based competitor of their's dropping the price to 169.99, which was great! That is where everything good ended. I have 2 day free shipping as an Elite Plus Rewards Zone Member. However, the first time we ordered the case it took a week and half to arrive. Upon arrival, the box itself was partially smashed. The top opening of the box had obviously been opened and re-taped; but, not completely closed. My first thought was UPS damaged the item or that some joker took a look at the case's box and wanted to take a peak inside. However, once opening the box I found an obviously used case. I would NOT call this a refurbished product. But more likely a USED or OPEN BOX item that was DAMAGED. The case had obvious wear marks, scratches and scuffs, and numerous parts were missing, including: Manuals, NZXT White-box with Supposedly included hardware and screws, fan filters (all intakes are suppose to have filters, including fans, etc). I first took this as a fluke. Perhaps just by chance, someone messed up. I took the case into my local store for a return, and to re-order it. The GM came out and looked at it, all the Geek Squad staff, half the employees working at the time, and even the Samsung Representative for the Samsung display. They all took the case out, apart, examined it, and were stunned at what they found. So we re-ordered the case. It got worse. Another week later, despite Elite Plus 2 day shipping, the second case showed up. As I went out to meet the UPS delivery man, my face dropped. This one looked like it had gone through a great UPS/Fed Ex shipping War or something. HALF of the NZXT box was completely missing!!! In it's place was random cardboard!!! Taped together with a couple of rolls of clear packing tape. I just sat there laughing as I slowly unpacked the product. It looked like it was hit with shrapnel in the Great War, I kid you not. There were literally GRAVEL ROCKS inside the box, some smashed into the packing material in the box, and others that had floated around in the box and scratched the case up left and right. Upon removing the side panels, the inside of them were scratched pretty badly, but someone went through and attempted to mask the scratches with touch up paint! Manual, some intake filters, and fan filters were missing. Best Part of ALL!!! The Original Receipt, from the First Owner! was Still in the Box!!! I took this one back to my local Best Buy and spoke with the GM. When looking at the box, and shipping information, these cases are coming directly for NZXT in Industry City, CA (San Diego area) Future ..Product ...Company..etc. They DO NOT ship from Best Buy, from their OH factory distribution. I told the GM I have a "Prime" membership on their competitors site, and can order the case, and have it delivered to my door, in perfect condition, in 2 days. He said he recommends that I do that, and order from their competitor, because there was no way he could ensure that NZXT would not send me another Used/Refurbished, Open Box and Damaged Case. Best Buy lists these Phantom 820 cases as "NEW" on their site. BUT, Best Buy does not ship these cases. These cases are Shipped directly from NZXT, who Ships USED, REFURBISHED, OPEN BOX, DAMAGED cases. Although Best Buy is claiming to sell their customers NEW products (in this particular situation), NZXT is actually providing the customers with used & damaged products. 2 days later my brand new NZXT 820 Phantom case arrived from Best Buy's Competitor, in perfect, Mint condition. This time in Matte Black. It has filters on all the intakes, and fan filters for the 2x 200mm top fans (only 1 top fan included), plus for the side panel 200mm fan. Built in SD card, and Hue lighting. This case is Gigantic. I loved the design and needed the extra room for a BIG (extra long 7.9in.) power supply [EVGA 1000watt super nova], plus added an Asus P8Z77-V mother board, and Corsair - Hydro Series H100i Dual 120mm Fan CPU Cooler, etc. I highly Recommend this case, it is Amazing. (just very heavy) But, although I prefer Best Buy, and buy everything but Groceries, Clothing, and Toilet paper there, and take all my family members there to buy their electronics, I Highly Recommend that you Do NOT buy it from Best Buy, UNTIL they can Confirm that NZXT will send a new, unused, and undamaged product, or until BestBuy.com changes the Description from new, to Refurbished, Used, or Open Box (possibly damaged). 2 Days later I walked my New case into Best Buy, where Geek Squad helped me put in new Mother Boards, Power Supply, Liquid Cooling, etc. ALL purchased from Best Buy. :D

This tower is very big in size and will house pretty much any combinations of components you can think of. The built in tower lighting is very cool. The pre-installed fans are more than enough to keep everything inside running cool. Cable management inside the case is also very good as you can hide almost all the cables behind one of the side panels. Overall I'm very happy with this tower.

The case is very large and has options to install more fans to provide better cooling. Also can hide the cables in the back side to provide better air flow and view.

Great case with a ton of space for expanding. Lots of room for almost anything you need. Ran into a problem when mounting the SSD's into the hard drive trays since they are a bit flimsy. But managed just fine. Tons of room for cable management and clearance for GPU. Can also remove some the the hard drive bays if you need more room. Using a superclocked EVGA 780Ti and still had space for more. It's what you would expect from a case this size.

For one I was amazed with how large it was when it came in the mail. It fit everything I could ever need to fit. I loved how many hue choices there was on the LED lightning. All the paperwork and screws were very organized and not a huge mess like many other cases I have purchased. I also love the different filters which make it easier to clean. I did have one issue and contacted them for support and they were very friendly and helpful. I will always buy NZXT products from now on. Its rare to get a quality product as well as good customer support now days! This case has endless Possibilities.

    Best Case Ever Made

This is by far the best purchase anyone can make in their lifetime, and I already have recommended my friends to purchase it. Pros: Fan control, multiple fans pre-installed and expansions for more, usb 3.0 and 2.0 enough so you don't have to buy a hub or pci card, led hue lighting, easy to remove air filters so you don't have to dust as much, expand-ability for liquid cooling, free PSU extension already zip tied in its proper place, screw box like no other and enough screws and zip ties to last you a lifetime of changes, flexibility for expand-ability: removable HDD cases and driver bays, case sits off the ground for air flow all over, runs extremely quiet even at max fan speed. Cons: it's pretty big.
