Overall fantastic scooter. Had a few issues but great overall performance. It has a 850w motor which is plenty of power. Speed is capped at 20 mph giving you great range. Brakes could be better only have a rear disc brake. The screen is very bright in direct sunlight. Overall fantastic product although had to return mine due to a few issues. The build quality is so good it almost feels cast from one piece.

I have been waiting for a few years to buy one. I commute in DC every day during the week and wanted a change for the summer this year. This scooter is awesome. Battery life, charger, soild equipment. The build is strong. Haven't had a chance to try the app yet but will mess around with it soon. My 1st ride I fell in Luv.

Love it. Having a problem with front tire. Customer service seems to be awesome. I’m still in the process of finding out what is causing it . But once again great customer service. I would totally buy another one. I highly recommend this scooter. Scary fast. I recommend buying a helmet. I yet run out of battery power riding it through the day. Cause you ride it so much you kinda get to the I have to take a break point before the 50 mile battery life ends. Super awesome. Totally recommend. Also fits easily in my jeep.

This EScooter is absolutely essential for traveling from class to class at the University of Georgia. It works well when going uphill and reduced at lot of time walking to class.

I bought this scooter for my son who recently got a very good job in Manhattan. The driving commute from Long Island was insane. So he decided to take the train to work. However, there are many blocks even after the train stop to his place of employment. So I decided to get this scooter as a gift and it has been amazing. It is holding up very well over the past 2 months. And I must say my son is not easy on things. He loves it and the price was perfect at Best Buy. Looking to buy another scooter through Best Buy very soon, as this one is perfect but kind of heavy.

This scooter is a wonderful scooter, it is very fast with alot of torque and the battery is superb. Charges very fast, I can ride for miles and come home to charge it and it still has 90% battery life. The neons are customizable through the app you can change the color and the flashing pattern. Its nfc chip key card keeps it locked and the neons flash white and it locks up the wheels when someone tries to start it without the key, giving peace of mind. The only negative is the front tire went flat on me and the valve stem broke when i tried to refill the air, going to try and exhange it but not sure if best buy will accept that return.. It still rides on a flat tire but im nervous the tire will come off.

Built like a tank, and true to its speed- able to go 20 mph in the sport mode. I haven’t been able to test the 50 mile range, but the manual does state you need a flat surface, no hills, perfect 75 degree weather, etc. Basically expecting half the estimated range. Did some reviews and the Okai is far better than the competition in just about every aspect. Overall a fun experience and looking to ride to work when it gets warmer.

It rides pretty good and it last a long time why are you riding it and it'll get you from point a to point b so I think this is a great team for people who just want to go somewhere and back home and a little bit more

The Okai Neon pro is a well designed scooter with the right amount of tech. The safety is great too with good breaks and big tubeless tires. The top speed is 20mph and hills are very easy for this scooter. The excelleration is nice and smooth.

Run strong after I used for Food delivery. Save me a lot of money. Use every day I can and hardly drive my car after I got this scooter to delivery. $$Save me a lot money because I don't have to pay for the gas any more.

Easy to use great battery life dependable will get u where u gotta go and back

Well…I’ve gotten use to it. But within the first 3 days the shreader broke, from the tire. It doesn’t take much to scratch up. At 400 miles it’s great, after I fixed the issues. If not you gotta go thru the whole “return” process. I’m 75% satisfied.

My Okai scooter is awesome!!! I go everywhere on it. People stop me and say I see everywhere. And people want to know where I got it. I tell everyone about it and how much I love it. Okai and Best Buy keep up the good work.
