It’s a good Juicer, well made. Works greats it comes with 15 year warranty hope the customer care is will be good. Tried apple, grape and carrot cleaning is easy compared with other models. Juicer is heavy and made in Korea. Recently the price went down considerably, best in the category

Its a strong machine that juices thoroughly, pulp comes out very dry, but bummed the reviews said no foamy juices but juicer does produce foamy top. The downside is it clogs up with stringy greens like parsley, alfalfa, etc. To start, the unit has to be pushed down a certain way, i always have difficulty with that & starting it doesn't always go easily. Cleanup isn't a major chore. Overall i probably could have bought the less expensive option & would have sufficed.

It is a very good product, very good extraction and is very easy to use and clean.

Love my new slow juicer and I now learn what a slow juicer benefits. When pure clean juice comes out it taste so much better than having most of the product in your juice. The clean up is fairly easy as the by product comes out in a side compartment and you can jus dump it out. It was extremely easy to put the machine back together after the clean up . As far as shipping I received it within the same week I order it. The color is a great accent as I have an earth tone color kitchen.

Great yield easy to clean, but you really have to cut up the vegetables and fruit really small prior to putting it in because the motor isn't that strong and it tends to jam. But they definitely thought ahead and put a reverse mode in so it helps to unclog it when it jams all in all a great machine

Excellent product! This is our 2nd. Easy to assemble, use and clean. Be sure to use less than 30 minutes each time to preserve motor. Tip-slice fruits/veggies in chunks before use - especially celery.

I’ve had this juicer for about two years. It was way better than my previous cheap juicer. You do have to cut the veggies and fruits up. It also will struggle with root veggies. My issue is-for the price why is it no longer working? It stopped a few weeks ago when I was juicing and my friend suggested the motor was hot. The next day it worked. That was unfortunately the last time it powered on. I feel like it should last at least 4 years. I have not used it for a full 2 yet. In my opinion, that was not a good investment.

We use this juicer daily, more juice and easy to clean.

I love my juicer. I use it to juice every day. The downside: Take your time. This juicer does not work well with celery. Too many strings. Most veggies do not have to be cut. Apples and things like that need to be of course. When I am done, I pour water into it, and it cleans itself. I have very little clean up.

The set-up is nice but it kept clogging requiring straining the juice after juicing which defeated the purpose. For the price, I expected the process to involve less work.

It’s been a week that I’m using this. And I fact I love about the cold pressed juice is so pure and authentic

Finally decided to up my juice game and splurge on a brand that is said to be the best. I used it a few times then it sat for months, when I was ready to get back into juicing I turned it on and it ran for a few seconds and died. There is no obvious reason for why it suddenly stopped working, still looks brand new. The quality of this model really is top notch and I’m willing to give it another shot, just got to figure out if I can get it repaired/replaced.
