    Love my computer, works really good does 4k easy. this computer has so far done everything i have thrown at, it easy. a little price but the performance makes up for it. also comes with bloat ware so yeah you'll have to uninstall that. but overall so far so good.

    Best buy sold me a second lemon. My first PC was a top line Alienware Aurora, hard drive crashed-had issues from day ONE. Replacement drive was fried. Returned for this $2,000 beast - turns out it has a bad operating system, major malfunctions, after more hours speaking with BB, Windows and HP and wiping the system- it still doesn't work. Bought it 29 days ago. Called the first day I set it up to report problems. I've lost thousands in work bc I work from home and need a FUNCTIONING PC. Both PC's bought from Best buy, both fail....In less than one month.
