I should have believed the negative reviews. This would not enter a TCL/ROKU TV into the devices, even though it could control the TV. Without the TV in the devices, no activities. After an hour with tech support, they had the same issue, called it a bug, and said return it to BestBuy. Good idea, poorly implemented.

Worked fine but programming was too limited to be useful. Ended up in garbage. Jus tone more simple layer of option in macro programming would make all the difference in it being a great value.

Relies on phone app that doesn't work

The remote did not work as intended (control a smart TV and a receiver).
The remote requires the use of a separate phone app to set it up. The app is convoluted and relies solely on some "AI assistant" to adjust any remote settings or simply make the remote work. The "AI assistant" is riddled with bugs and is not able to set up the remote, defaulting to forcing you to set up a "macro" but this would only work if the commands actually did anything on the first place.
Only regret is that I couldn't return this unit fast enough.

I wouldn’t call this a review, more of a warning, since the item has never been used due to an inability to configure the remote through the required MyNevo app. After trying for more than a month due to “issues communicating with our cloud” I gave up and simply haven’t remembered to return it to the store. I’ve searched the internet high and low for any alternative means of setting up the remote but unfortunately there are none

Nice looking remote and feels premium. However, it does not work with a 2nd Gen Amazon Fire TV box. LG TV paired right up but the Fire TV does not see* this remote. The app is an afterthought. Troubleshooting via the app is pointless because it doesn't offer any real solutions. It is terribly slow too. I might be able to use it for something else but disappointed. There are options that may look/feel cheaper but actually work. The entire premise is that it is supposed to work with Amazon Fire TV. How did they not get this right?
