This is the second time I have bought this item since the first time I had almost perfectly placed the screen protector on but my finger touched a part of it and ruined it. The second time I put it on perfectly with no errors, HOWEVER after just two days I noticed the top right section and almost the entire left side of the protector coming up just ever so slightly. It has now been on for about a week and has not come up any further but has started to collect some dust and fibers along those exposed edges even after multiple times of trying to push those back down. This screen protector looks great and feels great ONLY when it is fully on and doesn't come up. Since that is only after about 5 minutes after I repress the exposed sections back down that doesn't count... The photos show how it looks after my SECOND buy and attempt at putting it on. Even people at Best Buy didn't want to try and put it on saying that they have messed up others trying to put them on. If this was sold for five dollars then I would say go for it. Since it is sold for well over 30 dollars. DO NOT BUY IT.

Package was mangled, wipe was torn open and dried out, screen protector was pulled off and stuck to the box. A complete waste of money! Will cost more to return, so not bothering. Really disappointed.

After a very careful prep and application job, the screen protector left at least 2 dozen bubbles. The bubbles simply cracked when I squeegeed the air toward the sides of the phone. Not good. I'm going to get a refund. The instructions and procedures were easy to follow if that is any consolation to Otter Box.

My husband and I purchased 2 of these screen protectors for our new phones. We followed each step of the instructions and both of the screen protectors have bubbles and are peeling up on the edges. I definitely expected better from OtterBox. Definitely not worth $80.

It is a very bad product, even following the steps in the specifications, there is no chance that it will be installed properly. very disappointed in this product and more for being an otterbox brand.

I applied over 8 screen protector among samsung, huawei and iphone. I tried my ABSOLUTE BEST to apply this one on my phone, despite that, it gave me the WORSE result

I wish Samsung would stop making phones with curved edges. I don't use the edges and screen protectors never stay stuck to them. For example, this OtterBox Alpha Flex...when first installed, it looks like it's going to stick to the edges, but alas, after a few hours, it starts coming up, leaving a gap along the sides of your phone where dirt and dust will eventually gather to make the protector peel up even more. It's easy to install and feels good on the phone, where it does stick. I tried rubbing it with my fingers for about 15 minutes to let body heat reseal it, but that didn't work. If this keeps peeling up, it's going back to the store.

Very good quality without the rubber feeling. After installation I did have to set up my finger prints again, but once set up they work!!! Overall I like this screen protector. The only reason I gave it a 4 star rating is because of the installation. It seems easy however the screen protector wouldn't separate from tab 2 after molding it to the screen. Therefore I had to reset it and messed up a bit of the protector. Basically my phone screen constantly looks dirty when it's off, but when on and lit there are no issues. I highly recommend going slow and looking closely to ensure that the screen protector separates correctly from tab 2 after pressing the screen protector to your phone screen.

The price is way over what it's actually worth, ESPECIALLY if the first attempt at applying it fails. I'm waiting on my order from eBay (way cheaper) to reinstall a new protector. When applying this Otterbox screen protector, the ENTIRE screen protector pulled away from the template sheet so I had to CAREFULLY peel the 1st part away from the actual screen protector I was holding in my hand and apply it by hand. The kit to apply it with would've been a great idea had the screen protector peeled away like the instructions said it should. PROS: 1. The screen protector feels great to the touch. 2. The kit is a EXCELLENT idea to get the screen protector on straight. CONS: 1. Tab #1 takes the ENTIRE screen protector off of the template sheet making it hard to install. 2. The curved sides do NOT stay in place and end up lifting, allowing dust and fibers to get stuck underneath it. 3. DEFINITELY overpriced making it inconvenient and costly if a mistake is made during the application.

Not the most satisfied with this product. Honestly expected better from otter box I personally feel the film is to thin and the adhesive isn't the best. Love the application process was super simple and quick with little possibilities with making a mistake. I have been using it for about two weeks and the protector is already starting to come off

Good protector, the only issue is that putting it on the screen is too complicated. My is to take it to a phone store and having them put it on. It has no bubbles or dirt specks, and has held up well. Little overpriced, but best out of the options available.

The setup seemed simple enough, but half of the screen looks great, and the other has bubble that I cannot get out. Also, I noticed the two areas that my fingers touch the most on the screen while playing games has gotten creases. They look like stretch marks. For this price I expected better.

It's on and doing what it's designed to do. Easy enough to put on but after 1 month bubbles are forming.

Seemed to crack relatively easily. Would be nice if it came with a few more protectors.

Very difficult to install. Bubbles, Bubbles, and more bubble. Had to peel off several times then eventually had to wash with soap and water then used windex to assist with installation. Then went on with zero Bubbles but doesn't stick around the edges. Not sure if it's because of the soap and water but seeing tge other reviews probably not. Now dust is starting to collect under the edges. Not a good look...:-(.

Not worth to buy this. Thin layer with no protection

Very disappointed. Very expensive glass. They give you a plastic tray to install it that made it harder to install. Now I have it so it is not ligned up perfectly and my otter box case keeps pushing up the glass causing bubbles. Very frustrating.

I expected better from an otterbox product. Installment was not as smooth as it should've been. Took 2 attempts. Screen protector did not stick to the curved edges of the phone. Overall, I returned for a different screen protector.

This is terrible!! Peeling step 1 cover took the whole screen protector away from the guide. Not worth it!!! Very disappointed!!! Did not expect this from Otterbox brand

Don't waste money on this. Installation was easy, but the product itself is just... terrible. No matter how much I press / squeegee the sides of the protector, it insistently lifts. I've even used a heat gun in hopes of it sticking, but nope, just lifts and collect pocket lints. Finger prints scanner is a hit and miss with this protector on. I've deleted and rescanned my prints, one thumb for four different prints, it still sometimes "cannot read" it. I have sensitivity on, I've watched all the videos out there to make the finger prints read better while having a screen protector, etc.
