It's a phone case. It's made by Otter Box. It's blue. It fits the iPhone 7. Pretty standard stuff. Two pieces. One part is hard plastic, the other part is more rubbery. Did I mention it's blue? It's not fully sealed so there is no protection for your screen, camera, speakers, nor the Apple logo on the back of the phone. The little hinged rubber "trap door" for the lightning port could have been better engineered as it sometimes does not stay closed in place. Just so you know, this case is blue. Other than that, the quality is what you'd expect from Otter Box. Overall a decent phone case. P.S. The phone case is blue.

Dropped my phone from about four feet and the screen shattered. However I have had the otterbox commuter case for several other phones and my phone was always well protected. Upgraded to the defender and have been very happy. Overall this was a great case, but I am extremely clumsy so it just did not cut it for me.

I am unashamedly an Otterbox junkie. I work in an environment that if I did not have a sturdy case my phones would have been destroyed many times over. I purchased this case even though I have an excellent Otterbox defender case for everyday/work use. I wanted a case that would be more slim for situations where the Defender is too bulky, while still providing excellent protection. This case fits perfectly, is much lower profile than the defender and does not inhibit any of the functions of the phone. The only reason it is not a 5 star case is that it doesn't have a screen protector built in. I know this is not a big deal for some, and I also know others don't like the built in protectors on the beefier Otterbox case so your mileage may vary. I picked up an inexpensive tempered glass screen protector to pair with this case and now I have a nice, pocket friendly case for times when my daily Defender is too big & too beat up.

I love my Commuter case. I can easily grip it, it protects my phone, yet it isn’t too heavy or bulky. These cases come in a variety of colors which is nice, just wish they’d expand that selection. The price is reasonable for the quality too. It’s easy to put on your phone.

I totally love this case. My boyfriend has a otterbox defender series on his IPhone 7 Plus, and that's the only case he will use. I was sceptical because his phone is so bulky. I know the 7 plus is a bigger phone, but the commuter on the iPhone 7 was perfect. It's not too big. I have small hands and the phone is still easily maneuverable. The feel of the volume and power buttons are nice and crisp. I also like the lip on the front face of the case, it helps from when your phone drops so it doesn't hit your screen. In addition to protection, I added a aftermarket tempered glass screen protector and it fits perfect. The pink color is subtle and not too loud. Overall I can't say nothing bad about the case. It meets all my expectations. I totally recommend it!

Had been looking at this versus Symmetry series cases, went back and forth, finally decided upon this (hey, Best Buy gave me an offer I could hardly refuse!) and have not been disappointed at all. Much better than the no-name case I had at first, especially the responsiveness of the buttons. Pretty heavy-duty, much more so than my previous cases--this is my first Otterbox experience with any of my phones, actually. But I don't mind it, feels really secure. Just grippy enough on the sides, but slick enough to get in & out of my left pocket with relative ease.

My wife needed a new case that was stylish and protective. This really solved both requirements. Easy to install and looks good too. This is a lighter version of the bulkier Otter Box, and I'm glad it was available.

Excellent case so far and it fits my iPhone 8. 2 piece construction is a little tight but fits perfectly. Plastic is a bit slippery but inner rubber has good grip and covers buttons.

The commuter and symmetry are the best Otterbox cases. Husband dropped the phone face first and thankfully the case is raised above the screen and protected the glass

I use Otterbox on all of my phones.. I like the Commuter series as opposed to the Defender since it is slightly less bulky. The Otterbox cases offer excellent protection and I have never had a broken phone issue. Otterbox was great about replacing the outer shell on the case of my Motorola Droid Turbo when it cracked after a drop for the cost of shipping on their lifetime warranty which is a major reason I stick with the Otterbox cases.

Perfect fit for iPhone 7, does not make it bulky, phone is still slim, and good protection.

I had just picked up my pre preordered IPhone 7 from a Verizon wireless store and was disappointed in the case selection for the new IPhone 7. I decided to go right to the Best Buy that was 2 minutes from the store I was at, I was pleased to see The shelves stocked with cases. I had an otter box commuter case on my IPhone 6 that lasted me 2 years. it was the first and only IPhone case that my IPhone6 ever had, and I would say it held up well, it protected my phone from accidental drops and bumps many times, to the point that some of the sides of the hard case were falling apart but the case still rocked on! My iphone6 actually looked like new after two years of use in the old case. So for me the IPhone 7 Otter Box commuter case was a no brainer! So far I Like the new case better than the old one on my iPhone6, The new case fits my Iphone7 like a glove and I also like the addition of textured plastic on the sides of the case which make my grip on the phone feel more secure.

I wanted something thinner than the Otterbox defender case but with the same protection, this does the job. I've already dropped it face down a couple of times and not even a scratch. I wish it had the screen protector, but I'm guessing that would make it bulkier. Overall great product and the sale price made it even better.

This case fits perfectly and protects the iPhone in its most vulnerable spots: the corners. It does not have a screen protector, though.

Had an Otterbox on the last phone and after 3 years abuse it was still perfect, so a reliable and trust brand. This actual case doesn't offer screen or water protection as the last one did but will protect the case body from drops and falls. I did buy a separate screen protector for my phone.

Fits phone great, easy to put on and protects entire phone . Easy to hold and slides in and out of pocket easily :) I would suggest getting screen protector like ZAGG

I had previously owned an Otterbox case that was much more bulky (Defender). This case provides almost the same level of protection without the bulk. And it also does not have a clear cover over the screen which I found to be a nuisance.
