When the Otter box was recommended to me, I couldn’t believe it would be easy to use because it’s so low tech. It protects my iPad perfectly. It comes with a protective shield for the iPad screen and it’s perfectly clear! The top, when popped off, easily converts to a stand for the iPad. It gives two different angles and the iPad can fit either horizontal or vertical (though horizontal works best). Now I will recommend it to you.

The otter box defender fits like a glove and protects my I pad mini 4 perfectly. It seals out water and dust. It prevents scratches of the screen.

The otter box is built tonight enough for a toddler to toss wherever he please. Down the slide?6 foot drop? No problem. This is one of the reason why I pay for a superior product compared to built a less expensive imitation. Definitely worth buying this one if you own an iPad mini4.

Doesn’t allow the iPad to stand as upright as I needed. Otherwise protects as advertised. Takes getting use to.

I have had Otterbox before and I tried another case and just was not satisfied with it. Now, with Otterbox, you know what you are getting. Great protection, a screen protector and I like the pop up stand so I can watch videos and other live streams on my iPad mini 4. The case feels solid and I have not had one complaint or regret buying it. You won't either.

Great product with solid construction. This protective cover for the iPad Mini 4 is very durable and strong. Fits snugly to iPad yet connection for ear buds, usb charger, as well as touch screen provide outstanding protection without interfering with the functionality. The case comes with a removable cover that can used for a stand that can hold the iPad in a portrait or landscape position and can be snapped on and off the cover very easily. The only issue with this cover is getting it installed to protect the iPad. Once this is done, the user has a very solid durable protective case to protect their investment.

This case is awesome and I highly recommend it for those who need above average protection from drops and some liquid spillage. It’s surprisingly low on bulk and weight, especially with the detachable cover/stand removed (which, BTW, is a very useful addition to the package). The built in screen protector does its job admirably and doesn’t take anything away from the look or feel of screen functionality. I have also found the appearance of the case to be both attractive and professional looking. The only issue some may have is that accessing the charging port or the headphone jack is a bit inconvenient due to the water resistant flaps. That being said, highly recommended

This is a good quality case to protect your I phone. It is a perfect fit for all the controls and for the camera.It protects your phone and is just right to keep a good grip on your phone. I got this on sale and the price was right for a good quality phone protector.

I'm very familiar with and have been using these Otter Box cases on many of my electronics. Their cases for the iPhone have been protecting my own personal device as well as the two phones my sons use for years. We have all dropped our respective devices on several occasions and the Otter Box cases have always saved our phones from certain doom. So, when it came time to protect my shiny new iPad Mini 4, I really didn't consider any other case other than the Otter Box. The same triple layer protection afforded to the phones carries over to this iPad Mini 4 case. The device is sandwiched happily between two layers of protective plastic, the glass screen is safely shielded by the plastic screen protector, and then the tough rubber exterior surround completes the third layer of protection. For the iPad Mini 4, the case also comes with a protective removable plastic cover (with small rubber feet) that also doubles as a stand to hold the iPad Mini 4 at two different viewing angles (portrait or landscape mode). I was also fortunate enough to find this case on sale. Whether or not you have any past experience with Otter Box cases, you will not be disappointed. If there's only one drawback is that it adds a bit of bulk to the iPad Mini 4 (which is quite thin). Still that is a small price to pay for the peace of mind knowing your device is fully protected. I love the case. You will not be disappointed!

This case is excellent protection for the iPad Mini. The case fits snugly and securely. The additional screen protector is a nice touch. I would have no worry about dropping the tablet and it still functioning properly.

The Otterbox Defender case will provide plenty of protection but unfortunately it's heavy which sorta defeats the purpose of owning an iPad mini. Fits perfectly and buttons are easy to use. Not a big fan of the touch ID cover because iPad doesn't always unlock on first try, but usually works OK.

Very easy to grip, doesn't add a lot of bulk, but protects the iPad. I won't have a device without an OtterBox any more.

I bought this otterbox case when I purchased my iPad mini and as always I'm never disappointed with an otterbox product. My toddler loves the iPad and the case is a life saver, I love that it has the extra plastic cover over the screen to protect from dirty little fingers! It was a great price and Best Buy was the only place I could find one for the iPad mini. We love the built on stand that also attaches fo the front for more protection. Only downside was that it only came in black.

Very sturdy case, easy to install mini4 onto it. Although looks same as previous gen IPad mini case, those would not fit the IPad mini4. Bestbuy purchase was flawless, I found a lower price on Amazon prime, bestbuy matched it with no hassle. Back to the otterbox case - not worry so much when my 3 1/2 son use the mini for lesson on ABCmouse. He accidentally dropped it once already and not seeing impact to the mini. I am a happy customer now.

Got this for my daughters ipad since they dont make a lifeproof with a screen protector. We have lifeproofs on all our other apple products. I think it will do a great job protecting her ipad but it would be too bulky for me.

I bought an I pad for my 8 year old daughter and 3 year old son who had destroyed the last on more than one occasion despite several different protective cases. The otter box is by far the best case I have seen. Its held up to multiple spills and drops and the built in screen protector is almost invisible. I do not mind the additional bulk it ads to the device although I could see how it might be a turn off.

A sturdy case that comes with a screen protector. Other cases I looked at didn’t include a screen protector, meaning I would have to buy it separately. Also comes with a detachable stand so you can attach if needed or leave it off when not needed- a convenient feature.

This is a great product not only for protecting the iPad but for using as well. The case covers the tablet 360 degrees including the screen, offers indentations/recesses that provide better grip for single hand operation and the cover has a built-in stand that allows for both portrait and landscape orientation. The only reason I did not give this product a full 5 star rating was due to the additional weight that the cover added. I guess that is the price for full protection.

First experience with Otterbox and I am not disappointed. It is easy to put on and provides tremendous protection. Purchased two more for my family and we all love them. Amazon was out of stock when ordered but when back in stock, gave me a discount and sent overnight! Who could ask for more?

I have children who are not always careful and one with Autism that can get mad and throw things. Keeping my stuff in an Otterbox is a must. It has saved my iPad many times.
