Not dustproof

Since the OtterBox is not dustproof, the thumb ID does not work when dust or debris gets inside the OtterBox.

Not up to OtterBox standards

Protects phone but sweats

Beware of the lighter colors

Will Never Buy Online again

It took more time to try to purchase a deal than it was worth. If it weren't for my local Best Buy manager in Greeley, CO taking the time to talk to me like a human and helping, I would have banned all purchases from Best Buy. I can say that I will NEVER buy from Best Buy Online again! Save yourself the headache and loads of time... Go to the store!

OK Products..Expected Better

I cannot charge my phone with a car charger because the insert is too bulky. I have to tap the screen pretty hard which is annoying. The plastic is a bit too loose. I also could not connect my AUX cable to the phone because the case overlaps the outlet on the iPhone 6. My advise would be to wait until they redesign it. I regret not returning it sooner.

Disappointed

Did not fit properly, poor alignment and gap between screen protector and actual screen made touch screen difficult.

will kill your headphones
